Top notch couples massage in NYC!! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We were greeted by Sandra who had us wait in a Zen room with tropical foliage, relaxing music and touches of the holiday season !! The mimosas and chocolate served to us were a wonderful start!! We felt like we were on a tropical vacation. Chhaya and Selene were amazing therapists and made our experience so well worth it. They were both accommodating to mine and my husband’s needs and I highly recommend both!! Our massage ended with a beautiful rose given to us. Julie rounded off our experience with another round of mimosas to unwind and beautifully wrapped soaps to take home!! Don’t hesitate to visit this day spa!!

I recently experienced the Couples “Pamper Us” package at ZZ Day Spa, and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The 50-minute Swedish massage and European facials left us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The thoughtful touches, like champagne, chocolates, and a rose, added a romantic feel to the day, and the spa gift was a lovely surprise. A few months ago I had my first visit to ZZ day spa, I returned to try the deep tissue massage at their other location (36th street). I was greeted by the front desk receptionist Katrina. She greeted me with a smile and offered me a beverage as I waited for my masseuse. Her energy was very pleasant. When my masseuse arrived she also greeted me with a warm welcome and guided me to the massage quarters. I can not stress how wonderful it is to lay on a heated massage table. I felt like a princess. The massage was a 10/10. My masseuse, Iwona, broke my heart when she told me my massage was over lol. I did not want it to end! Not only was she attentive to my pain levels, she made me feel comfortable. Another great experience here. A must try!

My sister took me here for a birthday treat. Front reception was very nice and my massage was also nice - she incorporated a little bit of hot stone, deep tissue and aromatherapy. This was my first time getting a facial and I’m 50/50 about it. The steam was on heavy for a good portion of it pointed directly at my face making it hard to breathe for most the time. She also scraped black heads off my nose and popped pimples which really hurt, it didn’t hurt right away but when I left my skin started to hurt and became very dry. I applied my own lotion I brought because I had other things to do this evening. I wasn’t sure what any of the products were I wasn’t walked through or explained what was going on my face. Only the glycolic acid because it had burned so I asked what it was. Decor and staff friendliness 10/10 Upon seeing other pictures I really wished they wrote happy birthday around my cake like I see in other photos. Overall the decor and place is clean I just wish my first facial was a lot better and more detailed. **update my face broke out, not sure even what was used - wasn’t explained what products were going on my face.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples package as our Valentine's Day gift for each other. This place was AMAZING! From the moment you walked through the door it was calm and welcoming. The staff was great and the atmosphere was everything. If you need date plans this is the place to go. Will definitely come back!
