I found this amazing spa on a Google search. I decided to surprise my wife for her birthday. I booked a week in advance, and booked the Royal Indulgence Treatment. I must say, it was beyond amazing. This was our first time going to a spa like this. We met the owner, Ms.Zina and she was absolutely friendly. Everyone there was very kind, welcoming. The young lady at the reception desk brought us champagne and chocolate truffles, which is included in the Royal Indulgence (couples massage). My wife had a manicure (for her) and I had a pedicure (for him) for the first time. I normally ticklish but the specialist knew what she was doing. They also had massage chairs that hit every spot. It was a relaxing experience. We moved on to the massage treatment and it was everything we needed. Then we both got a facial, it was our first facial. After that we went into the sauna and steam shower. Overall it was the most relaxing experience we’ve ever had. We left feeling better than when we came in. Our bodies felt looser. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil. It was were the price. Great spa to have a couples massage. This will be our go to spa going forward.

My fiance sent me here for a day at the spa. It was my second time at Zina's and I am so happy that I was able to make it back. Their prices are fair and competitive and their massage therapists are top notch! Everything is clean and the vibes are incredibly relaxing. I'd highly recommend a scrub and massage package. Their private sauna space and showers that you get to enjoy as part of that are divine. I plan to visit again whenever I need to feel brand new!

After having a scheduling issue, I was nervous about how my experience was going to be. But that all changed when I met Zina. Her customer service skills are fantastic and she is as sweet as can be. I had a great time talking to her. Booked a couple's massage and had a great experience. My boyfriend slept straight through his. I will be returning.

I got my very first facial and massage here and it was amazing! I feel asleep with how gentle they were. The staff was really nice especially Zina! Will def come back!

If I could call this woman a derogatory remark, I would. Unprofessional, inconsistent , un empathetic, trifling and Delusional. This woman Zina is so disrespectful Not only to our customers, but to her employees as well. She charges an outrageous price and gives the employees 10% while profiting the rest of the income. She is not professional or certified. This place is a hole in the wall downtown And this woman is just the worst of the worst. Don’t leave any tips because the employees won’t see it. Please go somewhere else, Thank me later.

Very lovely welcoming salon , met the owner and she was the nicest. The massage was also spectacular & well worth the amount of. The massager gave the exact pressure requested .will definitely be back
