We had a great experience! The owners were more than accommodating with helping me during booking. The process of getting in the building and getting started was easy and seamless. We loved the massage chairs! Would definitely recommend.

By far the best experience I ever chose to surprise my husband with! As two ppl who’s jobs require not only continuous standing and movement but also heavy lifting and wear and tear on the body as well as high stress , I had tried to talk my other half into us making this part of a date night . However , with neither of us ever having used the ZGM (zero gravity massage) experience he wasn’t thrilled w my idea so I let it go, and let some time pass. Well by last week I figured I needed it and so did he. So I booked and paid online where I could prevent my husband from seeing any of the info and told him to be prepared to clean up , change clothes ; and head out for a surprise after work . He had no clue what I had in store , but let me just tell yall HE IS NOW A BELIEVER AND IS HAS BEEN BRAGGING ABOUT IT ALLLLLL WEEK TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN ! lol …. From choosing one of the later time slots , which was accommodating to our schedules , to the great directions I followed online to locating the proper building and private entrance , while never having to interact in person with other humans (which both our jobs entail as well so prevention afterwards is lovely ! lol) I called Shonn upon arriving at the location and he was a master of the process walking us through and making it not only easy but also enjoyable ! We walked in to find ambient lighting & ocean sounds immediately calming and relaxing. I’m a bit of an ocd female . So I chose to pre sanitize and post sanitize but that’s totally up to you. The only required part of that would be at the end of course since it’s totally private and you never ever have to be bothered by or even see anyone ! I mentioned neither of us had ever experienced the ZGM chairs , so we had no clue what to expect , we watched a short video which honestly I held on speaker so we could both just hear it and follow the instructions which were super simple as the chair is meant to scan and adjust to your body size, then it began ! OH MY GOSH !!! From the amazingness of the hand/arm and foot/calf masssage all at the same time . To the compression and tilt and stretch so gently yet so deeply effective . I think I entered a heavenly semi conscious state w in about 7 min of it having began . And my husband had entered a comatose state of snoring and drooling when he was at the last 4 min and at end leaving me to wake him up! It was dark enough to be so so so soothing and calming but just enough light that you can see your partner as well as across the room etc . About 3 min I chose to reach just between us and turn the fan on (I tend to be hot natured and prefer active flowing air anyways ) and was so pleased w the setup bc w out having to pause or get up and move you’re able to just reach between the two chairs and access or adjust just about anything too your personal preferences! I could’ve absolutely lived in that chair for the night yall ! And so could my other half lol we thoroughly enjoyed every single part of the entire experience, and have decided to make it a regular part of our dating adventures at least once a month . We were so relaxed and limber and thrilled to finally not be in any pain !!! But by far the best part for me personally of the OVERALL experience came the following morning , when my hubby for the first time in yearssss WOKE UP IN ZERO PAIN!! and the effects have lasted days after which has been wonderful . Considering he was the hard sell to begin w and I basically had to trick him into going, I think it’s a bit funny he’s told everyone who’s noticed the change in him to give it a try . It’s literally is an all encompassing absolutely fantastic experience w outstanding effects afterwards .! Thank you Shonn for guiding us so effectively and effortlessly through our first of many to come ZGM dates! Simply amazing 🤩 We both give it 2 thumbs 👍🏼 up..10/10 .. 5 ⭐️ s and 💯 % satisfaction! Do yourself a favor and take the small amount of time for this immense amount of self care ! You will not regret it !

Better than seeing most massage therapists. They helped me through the setup and when I go back, it’ll be a breeze. Was the best massage chair experience I’ve ever had.

Not great. There was something going on in the building, lots of noise coming from an adjacent room. This was on a Sunday. . Just not very relaxing imo. When we first heard this, we sent a text to the remote attendant who didn't even bother to reply or acknowledge the issue. Also, the heat in one of the chairs was partially out. If you want heat with your massage, anywhere other than on your hands, you may be disappointed.

It was amazing. I will definitely recommend this to all family and friends. Its a better massage than any person could ever give you. It needs more of a massage for shoulders extensions. Out of 10. I give it a 20 out of 10. Thank you so much. We enjoyed this amazing massage. I will definitely be back.

My experience at Zero Gravity Massage was a delightful and refreshing change! The no-contact massage provided a sense of safety and comfort, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the experience by myself. The ambiance was serene, with soft ocean sounds, and dim lighting. The massage itself was exceptional! The Zero Gravity chair provided a deep and relaxing experience. Despite the lack of physical touch, I felt completely pampered and rejuvenated. Zero Gravity Massage is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a tranquil and therapeutic experience without physical contact.

This experience was Awesome! The chairs were amazing, and the ambience in the room was great! The lighting was relaxing and this sound machine was playing ocean sounds and it was just perfect. If there is anything that would make it more enjoyable would be a fan. The room was pleasant, but I love a fan blowing on me and would add a lot more for me. Maybe you could even find some sort of small personal fan that could attach to the chairs. Anyway, highly recommended. We will be going back.

Good experience. First time is a lot of learning to adjust exactly like to like. Not as good as a in person but was very nice and good and convenient and time wise. Liked my own music and made a perfect experience.
