Had a sister’s date today, utilizing the 25% discount for the 60 minute head spa and we had an amazing experience. It was a group of three, our spot was at 2pm and they were ready for us and on time. The massage beds are nice, I have lower back pain and they were very accommodating, they have multiple settings and they offered blankets. The scalp massage and cleanse was extremely relaxing and our comfort was high priority. It was a full scalp/hair service along with a mini facial and neck shoulder massage. We really enjoyed all phases of treatment. I will note the facility is older and in a retail shop, inside was clean and well maintained. I did not feel rushed and received quality service especially given the cost. Highly recommend and we will be returning. 💆🏻♀️🤩

Amazing!! This was my first head spa experience and I loved it! It was so calming and relaxing. My scalp felt so much better afterwards. Wish I lived closer to be a regular :)

Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience.The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

First time at a head spa. This is not a chain, more of a local establishment. It's not a large location. And they use tall curtains for privacy between you and others next to you. The massage chairs are a nice added touch to everything. My hair felt so clean for days after this. I have long hair and my lady didn't seem to know how to dry my hair. But it's ok, I just went home afterwards.

Edit: boy did this place go down hill. They are cutting corners every chance they get. After an excessively long steam treatment clearly used to take up time I finally said something. When the steam finally finished the individual doing my hair literally became aggressive to the point where my head hurt. This was far from the relaxing experience I’m used to here as evident by my first review. I had to say something again. At this point she pretty much water boarded my face purposely spraying water into my ear. I finally asked for someone else to complete the session. This second person was mildly better, however, she finished early. I paid for a 60 minute session and received a 45 minute service. Just awful! I miss what this place used to be.
This was a wonderful relaxing experience! I can’t say enough good things. It’s a must do for self care. I did the hour long scalp treatment and can’t wait to return.

I could not be more relived of my scalp and how amazing it feels. I have been having issues with my scalp burning, itching and tightness on my crown for a couple of months now and need a quick reliefness or to find out why. I did NOT want to have to go and spend a buttload of money for a doctors appointment and I'd have to spend out of pocket. I have seen videos on TikTok of these scalp treatments but, I don't always go based off that every salon is the same which is NOT true. I got most of all the information on their website and I did ask questions at the salon and on the phone. You Need to make an appt. either or phone or online. The price was exactly as listed. This salon I will be coming back to.

I’m so satisfied with the services at this headspa. Tracy was amazing and made sure everything was perfect. I chose the hard pressure for headspa and keratin treatment and she made to consistently check up on me to be sure I was still good. The massage chair was also amazing and the service was great. I will be going here monthly! Love it too much!

Tracey was fantastic, I did the 60 minute head spa and it was very relaxing. the scalp analysis was a cool bit. the product they used didn't irritate my scalp or face. I loved the steam and hot towel. Tracey seemed to know exactly what I needed. their blankets are so soft and comfy. I would recommend this to others and come again!
