100/10! This was such a lovely experience and such a treat. I went with my husband and mother in law and we had such a good time. My husband and I got the Sakura treatment and we splurged and got my mother in law the highest package for her birthday. Safe to say, it was worth every penny! We were so relaxed and felt so much peace the whole time! I had Mi-chi as my spa technician and she was just so wonderful and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time! I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be back!

From the moment I walk in, I felt that this was a place that would give me a great experience. And my hunch wasn't wrong, everything from the beginning to the end was very professional, worthy of all the reviews were 5 stars. I was also given a small gift for the upcoming Valentine. The staff is great. I will go back if possible

First time here and it was so relaxing! I came here for my birthday and it was such a nice experience. From the moment I walked in the staff was nice and welcoming. I got the essensu package this time around but will have to do the higher tier choice next time. I will definitely be back.

Amazing service!!! I came here with my mom glad an early birthday present to her and it didn't disappoint. It was so relaxing, all the workers were so incredibly kind and professional. It was my first time ever going to a spa and having an experience like this as well and it was an amazing first impression. I purchased the Seiwa service for my mom and I. Tracy was taking care of my services and she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and explained the process to me. The scalp massage, neck and shoulders massage, and skincare was wonderful!! Ruby was helping out my mom out and my mom felt the same about her services. I can see myself coming back and bringing friends as well as recommending it to family and friends.

I requested Zen for my Shizuka service which took 75 minutes! I particularly enjoyed the hot oil treatment that tremendously nourished my hair afterwards! Zen took such good care of me, and especially the shoulder and arm massages felt heavenly! The vibe here is incredibly tranquil that I was able to rest and even took a small nap during the service! You can really tell the love of their crafts through each steps they do! I'd recommend to wear something comfortable and easy access to the neck and shoulders! I wore a tube top in as well as no makeup and I'm so satisfied with the service!

My first time at a headspa! Zen Head Spa was such an amazing experience and Tracey was so thorough with the scalp cleaning. She also had a firm arm for the neck, shoulder and upper back massage. I will definitely be returning!
