You will only get the best foot or body massage or any other service at this spa leaving you relaxed and refreshed. Management seems to add a new service every time we visit. My wife just received the best hair massage she could imagine. I thought she just washed her hair but again, this was the best experience she ever had. This spa is under new management so if you haven't visited it in a couple of months you will be surprised on how much better it is now.

Yesterday, I visited Zen Day Spa using a gift card from my friend, and it was an amazing experience! As soon as I lay down on the massage chair, I felt completely relaxed and at peace. The session began with a face-up massage from my head to my arms while my feet soaked in soothing hot water. The foot massage that followed was incredibly refreshing. I had chosen the 60-minute combo package, which included 20 minutes of back massage after the foot treatment. By the time everything was finished, I felt like a new person. I highly recommend Zen Day Spa!

It was the most wonderful experience at this spa. My friend and me enjoyed the foot spa. It was truly remarkable. Met a group they had a party there. That is absolutely a relaxing choice for the party’s. We will do the massage again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a foot or whole body massage.

This is a great place to get a massage. They offer essential oils along with the massage as an add on and I highly recommend it! It’s such a great experience. The massage is good and the staff always confirms if it’s too much or too little pressure. My favorite is the combo massage with both foot massage and body massage. Definitely recommended!

Just had my first massage (90 min full body) today (1/10/2025) at Zen Day Spa in Eagle (on the corner of Chinden and Eagle roads). The masseuse's name was Nice (spelling?) and she was that, very polite. I asked her to increase the pressure in general and be careful with the bottom of my feet. She accommodated me accordingly. She spent more time than I would have expected on my scalp which was wonderful. There was some leg stretching near the end. I would have liked a little more of this. But I did get my full 90 uninterrupted minutes of actual massaging, unlike some places you go to. Overall it was a very good experience. I had been going to this spa for many years when it was called Natural Foot Spa, run by Lee, and always loved it. I wish I knew what happened to Lee. It serves me right for skipping a couple massages the past few months. Maybe she retired. Anyway the new Zen Day Spa looks to be a fine replacement.

Wow, what a great experience. Anyone that's been plagued with lower back pain can understand any relief is appreciated. After a back massage at this spa I felt relieved to the point I could walk out standing straight again. Thank you!
