I always look forward to my appointments at you turn! First, I love the results! My skin looks and feels smoother and softer! Second, I love Kristina! She is always so positive and happy! Plus, she answers my questions and provides recommendations although never pushy. I highly recommend this place and Kristina!

Ali does a great job!! At my first appointment she took time to ask & listen about my skin care needs and then recommended a monthly treatment plan. My first facial was amazing. Super relaxing, very thorough and I left feeling really rejuvenated! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great aesthetician at a fantastic spa!

Mallory is amazing! She very good at injecting and keeping you comfortable through the whole process. Good conversation and keeps me laughing. Fully understands the symmetry of the face and how to balance the product. She is a master at her craft!

My experience was definitely good- I got the microneedling, a treatment over the course of 3 months. Ali was great; very friendly and outgoing, and open to answering questions and clarifying any confusion on aftercare. I'm happy with my results- the 11 lines on my brow are a lot less deep, and the smile lines are almost gone. I can feel that my skin feels thicker and more bouncy. They do a numbing gel before the procedure, so it hurts a lot less than you'd imagine. I will say I was skeptical at first, because of the multitude of 5 star reviews - this is explained by the fact that the business will contact you after the procedure and send a Google link to ask for a review. But the request I received did not say they expected a great review, or what to say. It's just good marketing, making it easy for clients to review. Definitely would return for additional services when finances allow. Thanks ladies!!

I went to Kristina at You Turn Skin Care for my acne and age-related skincare concerns. She was very sweet and helpful for the monthly appointments I had with her. She managed to get my acne under control. Unfortunately, the Spa decided to raise their rates so I decided to look elsewhere. I canceled my existing appointment and indicated that I would not be continuing to use their services. This is a warning to all—if you decide to leave You Turn make sure to follow up that they are not continuing to charge you. I made the mistake of not following up and learned that they had gone on charging me for three months after I had told them I had canceled. I was shocked that Kristina had let this happen. I couldn’t believe that if she thought I was still her client that she didn’t think to send me a courtesy text or email or phone call after I had not shown up for so long. When I talked to the owner, Allison, she basically said that she didn’t believe me because she had no proof and trusts her employees. I was dumbfounded that she has no moral issues taking money from people when they obviously have no idea it is happening. (I hadn’t been in for 3 months after coming every month since starting!) After much heated discussion with Allison, she finally agreed to refund the most current charge. That was at least something but I still feel so violated by You Turn Skincare. I cannot believe they have such poor customer care /support and lack of moral conscience.

Love You Turn Skin Care. I previously never made myself and specifically my skin a priority. I tried out You Turn and their amazing services and haven't looked back since. Every service I have received has been top notch and I have quickly seen the amazing results. I love it so much, I quickly signed up for their membership program. With the great membership perks it was a no brainer. :-) Ali & Kristi are amazing and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I started going to You Turn a few years ago and have been very happy with my services. I have gotten botox, filler, and facials with them. Kristi is awesome, and she really takes the time to talk to you about your goals with the services you’re getting to make sure you’re happy and feel confident with the process. Everyone is really nice and flexible. There have been a few times I need to rebook last second, and they worked with me.
