I visited You’ve Got the Look Spa this past week and I have to tell you that it has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had with an esthetician – ever! To say that I was VERY pleased with the service that Michelle provided, is an understatement. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that she is very focused on ensuring that the ambience/atmosphere is a clean, calm and relaxing one. I had a deep cleansing facial and I came away not only feeling like I had a new face (😆), but also a ton of advice for taking better care of it going forward. As a part of the facial, Michelle provided a shoulder and arm/hand massage that took me to heaven. When I tell you there are NO WORDS to explain just how good THAT was…BELIEVE ME – NONE. AT. ALL! Michelle is an outgoing, warm, friendly, courteous, communicative, professional, who was more than willing to answer any questions I had, as well as imparting her knowledge. Because of that, I learned things about my face that I had NEVER known nor had EVER been pointed out to me with any of the previous facials I’ve had. Overall, Michelle provided a thorough service, which made for an overall pleasant experience. Maskne is REAL! I went to see Michelle for the Corrective Facial Treatment because I have been experiencing breakouts on and around my chin and jawline.
