My wife and I had an amazing Couple's Massage at Yaya Massage and Spa! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the clean and welcoming facilities. It truly felt like a pampering retreat. Cindy and Mimi were exceptional massage therapists. They took the time to understand our needs and adjusted their techniques and pressure perfectly throughout the session. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. $2.00 parking in the attached garage was another plus for our experience. I highly recommend Yaya Massage and Spa for anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience! Five stars all the way!

My wife and I called a few hours before and were able to get in. The massages was great and very professional. Nice staff and very clean place. Highly recommend a massage especially after a hike up diamond head :)

Had a last minute massage with some friends and had a great time! The place was clean and comforting. We got full body massage with hot stone and body scrub. Mimi did my massage and she was wonderful! Thank you for a relaxing afternoon!

My fiance and I had a 90 minute Luxury Couples Massage and July was absolutely outstanding!!! I have had many massages, and have never had one even close to the level of greatness as July gave. I mean wow! Superb!! I highly recommend July and YaYa Spa services!

Lucy and Jojo were amazing. I got a hot stone massage and my husband got a deep tissue massage. The stone massage was wonderful, just the right temperature. My husband said the deep tissue pressure was consistent through out the entire massage and really targeted his sore muscles. We liked that we were able to get an appointment same day and they answered all of our questions over the phone. They also send you a text message for parking details and then escort you from the parking structure over to the massage parlor. We loved how clean the facility was as well and really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Thanks for the great experience!

My wife and I visited Yaya Massage and Spa while on vacation. I had Kevin as my masseur and he was excellent. He asked about the pressure once and it was a great experience. He is skillful and I would recommend him certainly. Cindy massaged my wife and she had nothing but good to say about her. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The facility looked newly remodeled and well kept. The massage room ambiance was nice and soothing. If we stayed longer we would definitely repeat. Until next time!

My wife and I recently booked and paid for separate massages online at the same time at Yaya. On their online site you can book with specific massage specialists. Based upon several good reviews we selected Lucy and Judy. They appeared (online) available at the time requested. We arrived about 10+ minutes early. We said we had reserved and paid online. The person greeting us said they had no way to know about online reservations so she took pictures of our email bookings from our phones. WTH After removing shoes we were taken to massage rooms. Then I was told Lucy was not available. My masseuse was Cindy. Cindy gave a good Swedish style massage, frequently asked if pressure was okay...She spent more time on my feet as requested. The music being played was soft and comfortable but same song played the entire time. My wife's massage however was a disaster. Her masseuse did not say who she was. When asked part way into a very poor massage she said her name was Amanda, not Judy as requested. Amanda did not seem to have much if any training or experience. Pressure and coverage were wildly inconsistent and choppy. Massage on one side was very different than the other. She said the music too loud and repetitive. She had a hard time getting Amanda to understand her request to turn down and change the music. Ended up turning it off. Frankly, I can't understand how Yaya takes online reservations that the location has no record of. And, you don't get the masseuse you requested. Plus at least one masseuse does not have proper training or simply doesn't care. I debated whether to give less than 3 stars but Cindy was a good masseuse.
