The concept and setup for the Japanese Head Spa was wonderful! The only thing I wished would have happened differently was if the person that was working on me had asked how the pressure of the massage was so I could have told her to apply more pressure. Other than that it was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I went for our two years and this experience was so perfect and relaxing. Not only were the services that we got amazing but the people were so kind as well. Definitely would recommend and the pricing is so reasonable for the service you are receiving, especially compared to other places in Lubbock.

I went to Xperience Spa yesterday for a Hydra-facial and I was incredibly impressed. It was my first facial, but I have never been more relaxed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere were very calm and quiet. An extremely positive experience. Ileigh did my facial and she was wonderful, talked me through every step prior to starting and made me feel very comfortable and at-ease. I will be returning and I definitely recommend Xperience!

We just moved here last yr and went to another spa just after moving ~ definitely NOT a good experience. The masseuse talked the whole time. So this yr, my Husband gave me a gift certificate to Xperience ~ and WOW it was a fantastic experience! He did good!! One of the best massages I’ve had in quite a while … with no talking except to ask if pressure was adequate.☺️ And the facial ~ amazing ~ the best I believe I’ve ever had. Staff was generous, respectful and compassionate. Definitely will go back!

I haven't had a professional massage in an extremely long time, about 12 - 13 years. I set up an appointment and was paired with Paris. All I have to say is she is absolutely AMAZING!! She has a great personality, she made sure she really works the targeted areas where I needed it most, she made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't massaging too hard so she could adjust, if needed, to make sure you are comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend her to any and everyone.

Quiet, very relaxing. My wife and I had a couples massage and my therapist, Sara (with no “h”) was amazing! I actually was so relaxed I fell asleep a little bit toward the end haha She worked on the spots that needed extra attention and we both felt amazing when we left. Wife and I will definitely be back to enjoy this place and probably add on some other services as well! Highly recommended!

Wow!! What a dream come true experience at Xperience Day Spa! Walking out I definitely felt at ease and so relaxed. Janie my massage therapist did such a miraculous job with my massage and helped relieved immense tension and pressure that I had in my back and shoulders. It was such a nice added touch to have water and cookies ready for me after my massage. It has been over 2 years since I made the time for a massage and this experience was much needed rest and relaxation and self care that my muscles and body needed. I recommend Xperience Day Spa and Janie for all your spa relaxing services! 10/10

Everyone is so nice! My husband and I were clueless as it had been a while since we had gotten a massage but they walked us through and showed us grace haha the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant.
