Woodhouse Spa - St. Petersburg

Visited the spa for the first time today to get a relaxing massage. The girl at the front desk, Ria, was accommodating and nice. But the best was my massage therapist, Rana. She was sweet, thorough, and listened to my needs. Beautiful spa and I would highly recommend.

The manager Rena was so professional and her attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. The Spa is spotless and someone is walking through periodically to keep it that way. I had an amazing 110 min massage by Tyler and highly recommend him. I need deep tissue and he was careful in his pressure and asked the right questions though out. I will rebook with him soon to make sure there’s appointments after this review! Truly my only concern is I won’t be able to book with him again

Took my husband here for a birthday deep tissue massage & a prenatal massage for myself, and overall, it was a great experience! My masseuse, Ashley, was incredible—she had the perfect amount of pressure, great communication, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The ambiance was also relaxing. The only downside was the amenities, which felt a bit limited given the pricing. The locker area is small, there’s only one shower, and just two bathrooms, which could be inconvenient during busy times. Still, the quality of the massage itself was top-notch, and we left feeling refreshed. Would definitely come back!

I'd received a gift card for Christmas to the spa. We were all thinking it would be above and beyond spectacular. Yes I was greeted kindly an arrival. A massage therapist angel had taken me into the room and went over a few of the basics but briefly. I'd received deep tissue and I knew that it would be somewhat painful. When I asked the massage therapist to lighten his pressure after I could take a breath he said why? Well because it hurts and I can't breathe. he told me to just breathe. I was fearful of him to do the other side of my back. He told me to relax a couple times. If I could relax I wouldn't be here. That is your job to figure out how to help me relax through some relaxation techniques that you would assume I'm sash therapist would have multiple skills behind them to do that. When we were done he said literally we're done. I said we're done? Done. Place my robe over me on the table with no words of assurance he filled my expectation for my massage. There's no follow-up plan as far as the conditions of my muscles and what they would need for my next session, there was no home care like those muscles might be sore you may want to ice them a couple times. Drink plenty of water. So yes the other massage with mediocre. The flow of the massage definitely needed to be revisited by a refresher course. Highly recommend that this person get a little more personal skills in the room and definitely listen to a client when they say that's way too much pressure. I would not recommend the spa again. It's highly overpriced and for what you're paying for .

Massage - Julia was amazing! I did the 80-minute sports massage with her and she really listened and got all of the kinks out. I felt absolutely amazing after! Facilities - the facility is spotless and felt very high end. Very clean and quiet. Great robes and designated locker rooms. I would definitely come back!

Incredible! All the consultants are super kind & attentive. They tranquil stone massage w/deep tissue will change your life, the regenerative facial will have everybody stopping to check out your skin, and the nourishing body wrap will have you questioning why you've never done one before. I also swear I've lost 7 lb of bloat. Absolutely treat yourself

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Ashley this morning and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. Her technique is masterful. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

My exchange student daughter and I visited Woodhouse today. We are on vacation in Florida this week. The space was lovely, clean, and tranquil. All of the employees were pleasant. My providers did a wonderful job. We left rested and relaxed and glowing.
