Monica the manager has been there since day 1! Yesterday (1/6/25) She went above and beyond when the snowy weather caused delay. All of the staff agree Monica makes this place too notch. She pays attention to every detail. Not just once and awhile but for 20 years!! Thank you Monica!! My favorite facial described below! Dawn was great!! Always wonderful.. I have been a client since the first day they opened almost 20 years ago! BLACK FRIDAY DEAL is the best!! My mother and I recently enjoyed a day of pampering at the Woodhouse Kingston. As someone who lives in a large city and enjoys 1-2 massages monthly, I nonetheless look forward to these visits most when I visit my hometown on holiday. The setting is stunning- a historic, three-story home in Kingston, adorned with beautiful furnishings and original wood floors. We began our visit with tea, then moved on to massages and facials. Each of our technicians were welcoming, highly-knowledgeable and very kind. The hot stone massage was tailored to my desired level of pressure, and our facials left us feeling sparkling and renewed. Thank you to the Woodhouse Kingston for helping me give my mother an unforgettable birthday!

Woodhouse Spa Staff made my anniversary surprise to my wife an amazing experience. The atmosphere was calming despite the building being next to a busy road. From the front desk attendants to the professional masseuses, everyone contributed to a very relaxing experience. This spa is highly recommended.

I had the lift & firm facial and my husband had the deep tissue massage. They put us together which was really nice. We both loved the experience and made follow up massage appointments already! Warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere!
