This place is amazing. I have had many massages over the years and most of the places called themselves spas, but this is the real deal. You are pampered before, during and after. Take your makeup and haircare stuff with you and you can shower, dress and leave looking as beautiful as you feel! I can't wait to go back.

I oved this place! The staff was so warm and welcoming from the second I walked in. I felt like my best friend was spoiling me with mimosas and snacks. My age-defying facial and relaxing head massage done by D'Anna and it was fantastic. She has heavenly hands and her voice very soothing. I don't often treat myself to luxuries like these, and this experience did not disappoint. This place was unique compared to other spas. I was also able to enjoy their salt spa. It was warm, inviting but still sophisticated. Thanks so much for making this such a memorable experience for my friends and I! We will be back for sure.

We came to this location for my best friend’s birthday and our expectations were beyond exceeded. I personally had Erica as my massage therapist and she made me feel so cared for and checked in with me during my massage to make sure my experience was the best that it could be. The hospitality staff was so kind and friendly and made sure we were taken care of during every second of our stay. I simply cannot recommend this spa enough and we definitely will be looking to make more appointments in the future.

I had the most amazing facial with D’Anna. She was so professional and relaxing all at the same time. My skin has never looked better. She has so much experience and has a passion for skin health. I highly recommend her!!

I had a wonderful experience here! Elizabeth at the front desk was so kind, attentive, and welcoming; she creates a great first impression for all of the guests. Nikko was fabulous; I loved her positive energy and she is very knowledgeable and effective in her role. Carly and Audrey were thorough and efficient in maintaining the public spaces and offering assistance, and I would certainly recommend this location to anyone!

I've been going to Woodhouse Franklin since they opened and it is my favorite spa in the Brentwood/Franklin area. The staff are kind and attentive, the amenities are excellent. I recently had a massage with Erica and she helped with a knot in my neck and I instantly felt so much better. She is a gifted healer! I literally just left from the best massage of my life. Gustin was professional and courteous. I had a deep tissue massage. He was firm but slow, working out every knot but without the electrifying pain I have had from others. I left wishing I had chosen the 80 min over the 50! I will absolutely be back and request Gustin.

Anna was a great masseuse. I really enjoyed my deep tissue and hot stone massage. The staff is wonderful!
