Woodhouse Spa - Fishers

Went to Woodhouse Spa on Wednesday for an eyebrow and lip wax. For $55.00 I thought it would be terrific. She waxed and I left noticing it was pretty red but that can happen after a waxing. When I got home and washed my face it was very red still. I apply some Clinique moisturizer. When I got up the next day it was horrible. I have a big burn in between eye brows and along eyebrow. My lip also had tiny burns. I went in to the shop and showed them and what really upsets me is the managers lack of concern. She was like oh. Do you use any products that could have caused this? I said no and I signed the form stating that prior to waxing. She offered the portion of the eyebrow wax fee to be refunded. I’m like really, my lip area is messed up too. She ended up refunding both. It would have been nice if she would have showed a little concern and offered some type of cream or maybe a nice service. She did offer another waxing which no way would I consider. Poor customer service.

Woodhouse was an unexpected surprise. My experience was absolutely wonderful, peaceful and relaxing. The hot stone massage with Randy was just the relaxation I needed. It was clean, fair pricing and beautiful inside. By far beats other spas/massage in the area.

The experience at this Woodhouse spa location was undeniably the best. From the moment you walk-in until the moment you leave. They care and make sure you’re well taken care of. I love the water and tea they offered right before they get you in with your massage therapist. The massage itself was AMAZING. I got the 50 min massage, but I should have done the 80 min one. I mean, who doesn’t say that all the time? Other than that, which was my choice, was my only regret. They do offer red light therapy which is new and I will definitely be trying it next time. Overall, 11/10 ❤️

I have been to two other of your locations and this one is by far my favorite. The girls were all extremely patient and explained everything well. Sarah provided by far, the best massage I have ever had. I am so relaxed and feel less discomfort already. I cannot wait to come back in three weeks!

The experience and customer service was amazing. Randy did a good job. The robe I was given had a few makeup stains on it, so I hope it was clean. Overall I will be back, I wish they had a monthly membership I could join. I think massages are great gifts.

Within the first 15 minutes of the massage, I mentally declared it the best massage I have ever had. Randy is truly gifted and the body balance massage was everything I hoped it would be. Couple that with the lovely ambiance that is the Woodhouse standard, and it was a perfect experience in every way.

My experience missed the mark. I have been to many day spas in Fishers and Carmel, and while this location is beautiful, the massage was discombobulated. I like sleeping during my service, but I was unable to relax due to the extra firm pressure (I asked twice for lighter pressure). The front desk was very cold - not welcoming and no smiles. Seemed like everyone either had an off day or someone was rocking the boat.

It’s a great escape to visit Woodhouse Spa in Fishers. There are many relaxing services to choose from, and I’ve enjoyed many of them, including a facial, hot stone massage, deep tissue, massage, reflexology and more. One of my favorite parts about this spa is the relaxation room where there is a fire burning, cinnamon spice hot tea, a fruit infused water to drink, and a relaxing place to sit and be still. The locker room is also very comfortable and has all the amenities one would need to enjoy the experience to the full. Whether I’m treating myself or my husband surprises me with a spa day, this is one of those gifts that never gets old! Can’t wait to come back! Ahhhhhh 07/06/2024 Still, my favorite place to get away, relax and get pampered! I so enjoy coming and spending time at the spa. It’s so much better when I have time to come early and stay after in the quiet room I thoroughly enjoy all the little touches that are provided like the ambience in the quiet room, the heated scented neck wrap and of course the comfy robes :-) And my Therapist , Hailey is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She KNOWS what she’s doing and I never leave disappointed . I almost hate to tell people how good she is because her schedule is already difficult to get into! She is very very good at what she does (for me deep tissue therapeutic massage). This experience is something I truly look forward to whenever I have an opportunity! Thank you!
