I really enjoyed the hospitality, the service and kindness of each individual before, during, and after the massage treatment. It was my 1st time ever going for Vday and it will not be the last. Definitely one place I'd recommend for a massage. 🥰 wish I've gotten more pictures

I recommend Suzanna for your massage services. I had the balance massage with deep tissue and she did an amazing job. The mimosas were great as well.

Experienced my first massage and facial. Miss Christine, Miss Emily and Miss Joyce, along with all of the staff, were very kind, informative and patient. They put my anxiety at ease. The facility was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was a wonderful first experience.

Orrin was probably my one of the best masseuse I ever had. It’s really hard to shut off my mind and I was so relaxed I might have drifted off for a min or two. Love the facility and experience! The only drawback was I never received my beverage that I requested. Other than that it was an amazing experience.

Quanette gave me a prenatal massage, and she was amazing. She was so soothing from the moment I met her, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve been a little anxious throughout pregnancy, and this made me feel so relaxed. All of the discomfort I have been having was so much better when I left. Would 1000% go and use her again!

Booked two massages and two facials for my wife and daughter. They cancelled 1 facial the day of, but it sounded like both were cancelled. It's 1.5 hours to drive there to do this so we tried to return the phone calls to verify if there were other services available, if it was both facials, etc. It took half an hour to get them on the phone. By the time we confirmed at least 1 facial was good, we were leaving late because we didn't want to drive down there for a 50 minute massage alone. We show up on time (12:00) and the massage was cut short because WE were late? Both massage therapists were rude upon arriving. The individual who performed the facial did a great job and was pleasant. The quiet room was loud from the individuals in there and we were offered the tiniest of teas while we waited for the facial to be completed. Don't recommend. We were of course charged full price.

Terrible service. First time trying to visiting this establishment and could not locate it because it's not easily visible from the street. I called and was immediately put on hold. For fear that I wouldn't make my appointment in time, I called back and asked the receptionist what they were located next to. She refused to answer and said that i would have to hold. I called back hoping to get someone else but the same receptionist picked up and IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I was so shocked. So I called back and was again immediately put on hold. After waiting about 10mins the receptionist takes my call and pretends not to be familiar with the stores in the area near them. She finally tells me they're located right next to Panera (which they are not). Ultimately I didn't make the appointment on time and went in to let them know that I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism and did not feel comfortable receiving a massage from someone who treated their customers the way that they do. I also advised that I would like to not be charged. The manager that I spoke with seemed to be under the impression that being rude and unprofessional was ok and refused to cancel the service. She advised that they would still charge me for the service which is absolutely insane. If you want to interact with some of the most unprofessional and rude employees ever, by all means, visit this spa. You'll need a massage after the stress they put you thru.
