Willow Head Spa is amazing! Heather is the ultimate professional and has created an inviting and relaxing environment. She looked closely at my hair and scalp to determine my individual needs before my spa session. The spa session was fantastic - and the face massage was a bonus on top of the hair and scalp treatments. I didn’t want to leave, but did feeling relaxed and with super soft clean hair. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow, just wow. I had the most incredible experience at Willow Head Spa! Heather was an absolute gem—she made me feel so welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in. Her head massage? OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. I swear, I could feel every bit of stress just melt away.
The spa bed was such a cool surprise! It gently squeezed my arms and legs, which added an unexpected layer of relaxation. The room was set up perfectly—warm, cozy, and inviting. From the heater keeping the chill away to the soft blanket and even the plush rug under my feet, every detail was thoughtfully considered to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
And my hair—holy cow! Not only did it feel amazing when Heather was done, but I had my hair dried while laying down! Who even knew that was possible? It was such a unique and pampering experience.
I’ve been to a few head spas before, but this Raleigh head spa is hands-down the BEST. Heather’s care and attention to detail made it unforgettable. This was the most indulgent treat you can do for yourself or friends and family. From the minute Heather started, I immediately knew this was going to be amazing- from the scalp consultation and onto the spa scalp treatment- I had no idea that while she was concentrating on my head, that my entire body would be massaged. I did the 90 minute treatment and well worth every penny- I will be gifting several of the 1 hour sessions. Everyone needs to try this- I have never been so relaxed- because who doesn’t love an awesome scalp massage with the bonus of a scalp analysis. Congratulations on bringing your dream and vision to our market.

Heather is amazing! I was able to relax and enjoy some much needed down time. I’m a talker and typically feel a little uncomfortable in quiet settings but not here. I just closed my eyes and let Heather work her magic. Highly recommend!!
