Friendly staff, they took care of us quickly on a busy Mother's Day weekend. I went with 5 ladies, and we all had to sign a short form, had our hair assessed for thickness and length because they charge $10 more for each. This is up to the hair tech to decide. While I liked the hair, neck & shoulder massage, I wasn't as relaxed as I hoped I would be. It was ok for me, but some of the girls said they loved their massage. Still, it was a nice experience. After our hair was washed, we were slightly rushed to complete the final steps of the drying and treatment process because one of the techs announced that they had a party of 8 incoming. I believe that's the max they can accommodate for the hair spa.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the head spa twice the first time I went it was fairly new and I got just the basic head spa with blow out after it was amazing the massages and the head wash was the best to me! Now however the second time I came I got to experience the full experience I got head spa with facial and blow out! When I tell u I left out feeling like a million bucks the way my face and hair felt days after leaving is worth everything! I also got my lashes done as well and it’s my one stop shop from here on out! Thank you Linda for the amazing time and all the knowledge u left with me upon finishing our appt!

I had the most wonderful experience at Whiplashes LV Beauty Lounge. My appointment was with Anne for a 100 minute head spa session with a lovely facial (OMG this was an amazing combo). Annes technique was strong, relaxing, & effective…the perfect balance. My scalp showed major improvement, my face was supple, & the bags under my eyes were practically gone due to the lymphatic drainage massage she did on my face. I seriously cannot recommend Annes awesome skills enough!! You wont be disappointed! I also want to give a shout out to Ron who helped us during check in. He was beyond helpful, friendly, & warm when speaking to us. Ron gave us some great tips to navigate the area as we were in LV for a George Strait concert when the city was at its busiest. Ron went above & beyond getting us back to our hotel safely. Both Anne & Ron made our experience amazing. We truly appreciate Whiplashes LV! I cant wait to reschedule!

I went with my friends and we all got the 50 min head spa treatment. All the ladies were nice. The scalp treatment/massage was great, the massage was unreal- my girl did a great job getting the knots on my shoulders. Some cons/ things be aware of: it did feel a little rushed, to fit everything in 50 min, there is a $10 charge for long or thick/curly hair, and a charge if you're using your debit or credit. But they do take Venmo or Zelle. I would visit again, great service for your self-care routine.

I was so excited to try a head spa and Whiplash’s did not disappoint. Such a nice touch to be picked up at our hotel and taken back by Ron who was a delight! Anna was so knowledgeable and made our experience luxurious. Spot on Whiplash!! Be back soon

Treated myself & sis in law for a girls day while in LV. Def was the best idea of the trip! Both first timers w/the head spa &&& ahhmazing it was!!! best head everrrr LMFAO ;) Felt so rejuvenated & refreshed even days after! Recommend for sure & will visit when I’m back there! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Anna for the second time at the Japanese headspa, and it was an outstanding experience! Anna’s strength and skill were evident throughout the session. Her technique was not only soothing but also invigorating, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. I could genuinely feel the knots dissipating under her strong hands. I walked away feeling lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. If you’re seeking a great massage that truly targets stress and tension, Anna is the one to see! Highly recommended!

This my daughters treat, and it was amazing. So relaxing! I had the 80 minute headspa with facial and added a blow out. I would recommend all of them. Kaitlyn took care of me and was fantastic. Linda did my blow out and my hair looked fabulous.
