My first head spa treatment was fantastic. I called early in the morning to schedule an appointment for four ladies, and upon our arrival, Alice and her team were already waiting for us. The place was exceptionally clean, organized, quiet, and welcoming. The staff took their time showing us our scalp analysis and answered all our questions. From the wash to the massage and then the neck massage, everything was on point. My masseuse was Leah and she was incredible. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high quality service. All the ladies loved it and were very relaxed afterward. They massaged all the right points on our neck and shoulders to relieve the stress we had.

Came for the soft opening of this new upscale scalp treatment spa on Mineola! They have 2 floors where they do scalp massage/treatment/wash, foot massage, and steaming (full body). For the scalp they do one wash then another wash with herbal treatment. They use a tool to show you your scalp before and after treatment to identify dry or oily scalp, inflammation etc. The scalp massage is so nice you will wonder what took you so long to try it! Staff was very friendly and the place is all new and very clean. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! We started off with a scalp analysis, which showed I had some residue and dry patches of skin. After the analysis, I was led to the treatment bed, and the magic began. What followed was an hour of pure relaxation: shampoo, multiple levels and variety of massages, on both scalp and shoulders. The bonus was the heated eye mask... I definitely dozed off! At the end of our treatment, our hair was blown dry and a little treatment oil was put on the ends. They're currently running a promotion on their basic scalp treatment. Come dressed in costume and a 30 minute session is only $1! A 60-minute session is $44, 50% off of the normal $88 price. Promo runs until halloween, should definitely check it out!

I found this place by google maps. I super love it, even worth driving an hour to have it. The environment in this place is super nice. They have front desk who speaks fluent English. The communication is very smooth. The therapist's technique is very professional. I love the shoulder and neck massage and head massage, which relieved my fatigue of the week. They do a scalp test to see before and after! The products used in the treatment process are very safe, without additional additives, which makes me feel relieved, and the smell is also what I like. Great place, new opening discount, I bought a 5-time card.

Ladies… grab your gal friends and come. We had the best time and a super relaxing experience. The establishment is new and super clean. My therapist was very thorough and examined my scalp before and after. A blessing that they also blow dry your hair after the treatment. The oil they put on your hair after wards is so nice that it leaves your hair not greasy at all. If you need to feel pampered, this is a must try.

My husband and I had the most incredible experience at W.E. Scalp Care, thanks to my sister-in-law, who tried it a few weeks before and highly recommended it. This was my first time experiencing a scalp massage and treatment, and it completely exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally nice, friendly, and attentive. They started by scanning our scalps and explained everything in detail, including the treatment they were about to perform. The treatment cabin was peaceful and beautifully designed, allowing my husband and me to relax next to each other in complete privacy. The entire experience was amazing. The treatment included not only a focus on the scalp but also a soothing massage for the upper back, neck, and arms. The products they used were of very high quality, and we could tell the difference in the days following, the hair felt and looked so soft and healthy. Afterward, we had the pleasure of chatting with Alice, the owner. She took the time to explain the many benefits of scalp care and why it’s such an important part of overall hair health. Alice was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. Her space is truly a hidden gem, spotlessly clean, with every detail carefully thought out. We recommend it 100% and we’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in New York!
