Waterfalls Spa was highly recommended to me, but it took some leg pain to actually bring me in the door. All I can say is that I wish I had done this a lot sooner!!! This has been one of the best experiences I've had. Nasser is extremely knowledgeable and he took care to make sure I was comfortable as well as explained exactly what he was doing. The environment is welcoming calming; and everyone I've encountered has been very courteous and professional. And my results are speaking for themselves as I'm getting better every day. :-) This is definitely my new 'go-to' for personal care. Now I'm going to highly recommend Waterfalls to you!

I should have taken pictures of this beautiful spa but I was fully present. I was taken care of by Mr. Nasser and had the best massage of my life. It was a harmonious experience of relaxation while having my knots worked thru instead of dug out. This was my first time, but certainly not my last and I'll be telling anyone who will listen that they need to run, not walk, to book their own services.

This was my first massage experience and I must admit it was very comfortable! Nasser put me totally at ease with the warm table, quiet music and low lighting! He explained everything and was attentive to my pain levels as I was there due to back and hip pain. By the time I got home I was relaxed and ready for a nap! A very thoughtful and much needed gift certificate is how I found Waterfalls Salon. I was greeted in a warm and welcoming way. The massage I received was phenomenal, provided by a true expert in their craft! All was well and relaxing, my anxiety was down after the massage, but quickly went up after the front desk had issues processing my gift certificate. The issue was resolved, but I wish that part would have gone a lot smoother. I still gave four stars because the massage was extraordinary ✨️ and I would love to return again.
