Absolutely horrific. Genuinely thinking about a lawsuit. Mind you this service was done a day before my 17th birthday. “Vivo” illegally preformed this service on my brows knowing she was not legally allowed to. You have to be 18, I was 16. She knew my age before hand and didn’t care. She only wanted my profit. When I arrived to the salon she had me sign the paper anyway and coerced me to lie about my age. I agreed to no shading (which is permanent tattoo) and she did it anyway. She took advantage. She kept asking me to let me do my hair as well. And kept insisting. So I said yes. She didn’t cut my hair and had me leaving with purple streaks. I WANTED A BLONDE HIGHLIGHT. After both services, I looked at my brows and had absolutely no self esteem. I did tell her I liked them to avoid conflict. When I get a service I do not like, I simply suck it up and go home. But this was a completely different story. Her technique is NOT UPDATED. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. My brows are severely damaged and hair won’t even grow where the tattoo was done. I HAVE BEEN INSECURE AND CRYING FOR MONTHS. I REFUSE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE. Mind you once again, I am a MINOR. She FULLY TOOK ADVANTAGE as a grown women.

Don’t walk, run to this place. Vi is such a sweet person who takes the time to explain everything. I was previously going to someone else to get my eyebrows done until she no longer did them. I came across this salon with affordable prices and was not disappointed. She corrected any previous issues and made my brows look amazing.

I went knowing exactly what I wanted for my eyebrows. I showed pictures and I explained over and over while the process was getting started. She refused to do what I was asking. She kept insisting she is an artist and has to follow what she is feeling. I firmly believe Vi is not capable of doing any other shape eyebrow except her own. Because I had a $200 non refundable deposit as she reminded me, I didn’t leave. I regret that. I should have followed my instincts and left. Now I look hideous. She applied the eyebrows on top/over where my natural eyebrows should be. I look like Joan Crawford in that movie. I cried for two days. Can’t have them lasered off until 6 weeks. Avoid this place!

Came here after a lot of miles on the Appalachian Trail, and boy what a treat! I've had lots of massages in my life (retired Army-lots of marching:)... but this is massage I will remember for a long while because it was just so detailed and Perfect! Never felt rushed. Tina was just amazing, very detail-oriented (I believe she even massaged my eyebrows haha) ... Followed the full body massage with a foot scrub, and I feel like a gazillion dollars. Maybe even six gazillion dollars. Pss- Very nice establishment, very clean and they offer water and other things while you waiting. Great local family owns it and they offer a very nice spa atmosphere. Do your body a favor, just go! Ñjoy your journey Harold Peck JR

Love this spa. Gorgeous setting, and you are treated like a goddess. I had my eyebrows microshaded, and I am in love with the results!!! Vi knew exactly what she was doing. I am Danish, so having such fair skin, I was nervous about the color and the way it would fade, but they are absolutely beautiful. I love not having to pencil my brows anymore. My facial features now pop because Vi framed my brows perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone wholeheartedly.

A true artist ❤️ Update! 04/11/2024 I went to get my eyebrows touched up by Vi and the work she sent me out the door with was truly amazing. My eyebrows have never looked this beautiful !! She really takes her time and is extremely detail oriented. I will never trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows, but VI !! Love this salon !!! Quiet, relaxing & just a great atmosphere overall !! What a gem! A friend and I visited Harpers Ferry in August. After a morning rafting on the river, we went for our massage appointments. I had scheduled them in advance, and I received confirmations and reminders of the appointment. We arrived and as soon as we entered, I knew we had come to the right place. The salon is clean, comfortable and soothing. The owners were very professional and welcoming. We had booked deep tissue massages. It ended up being a mixed therapy massage, and I am very happy with that outcome. It was right up there with the best massages I've had. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend their services and hope to be able to visit them in the future.

My husband and I recently had services together. I had a signature facial and he had a deep tissue massage. It was a surprise and so nice to share a room! Our services were wonderful and relaxing. We would recommend Vivo to anyone visiting Harper's Ferry. A+++
