I have been here a couple times now and just had the best pregnancy massage with Taylor. She listened to my needs and they customize each massage to each person. Whether you need essential oils, hot stones or cupping, they add it as needed with no extra charges. The 90 minute massage was well worth it! I will definitely be back again.

I loved floating! The second I walked in I was greeted with warmth and the fresh scent of citrus!! So calming. I did the 90 minute float and it was worth it! I am so relaxed :)

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING time at Vitality today. I received a facial with Kahlia, who was a complete angel! She did my skin so right and was a joy to work with. I will definitely be back to try her facial massage which sounds incredible. My boyfriend had his massage with Natalia and loved it! It was his first time getting a massage and she was very informative and exceeded his expectations. The environment was warm and welcoming—we both loved all the plants in the lobby. Overall, we definitely recommend Vitality and will certainly be back!

I came to Vitality for the first time today as a birthday present to myself. I scheduled a 2 hour massage with Taylor. She was great! It was the best birthday present ever. She asked a few questions when I got there and attended to all the things we discussed. I’m not chatty during massages and other than her checking in with me as we went we didn’t talk until the end, which was exactly what I was looking for. I will recommend her particularly and this spa in general to anyone. I can’t wait to go back for a facial or float. Thank you for helping to make my birthday feel special.

I have had a fear of needles after being severely injured by a labor epidural many years ago. I heard of the benefits of acupuncture but getting over that fear has been difficult. Ali helped me move through this fear in a very safe & loving space. She is wise beyond her years and truly has a gift. So grateful to have been lead here ❤️ thank you to my beautiful daughter who gifted me a float at their other location which I will be trying on Friday! Excited for another healing visit❤️

Absolutely excellent! I was gifted a massage for my birthday, which I'd say makes a perfect gift. I had a few massages before in my life but seriously none can compare to my 1 hour massage with Taylor. She asked me a few questions and then we got started. We did not speak much during the massage if only to check in on me, and that was perfect. I like to focus on melting away, relaxing, and my breathing. This massage exceeded my expectations, Taylor knew exactly what I needed. I've had a super tough and tight knot in my upper back that had bothered me for so long, I'd gotten used to being in constant pain. I haven't felt this kind of relief in years. I am recommending everyone I know to come here, I am shouting it from the mountains.

Had an astrodome facial with Madison. It was amazing! This facial had a little bit of everything, and she did a great job answering questions and explaining the benefits and all products/tools used. Everything was so relaxing and my skin looks like glass! The derma-planing and extractions were effective but not painful. She also got rid of the broken capillaries around my nose and eyes. Looking forward to going back in a couple of months !
