This was the worst massage experience i have ever had. My massage therapist kept leaving the room to attend the front counter. She was on her phone multiple times throughout my massage as well. I will not be back!

I am very disappointed to be honest. I had a 4:15 appointment booked, I come in and the lady tells me she doesn’t see my appointment. I show her the booking and then she says I have to wait which I did. I didn’t even get the ladies name that was working on me she, she didn’t even introduce herself. She rushed the entire time, I had booked a a relaxation massage and it was so rough it actually made my back hurt worse😬. In the middle of it she asked me if I’m paying cash or card and I said Card and she shrugged and was rude about that. When the time was up she said , “Your finished” and left the room. I get out and she’s at the counter with the computer and she says “ Card? I said how much is it and she’s said $86. The massage was $70 and then she got mad because she gave me the wrong one and then she said “TIP”? I had to call her out at that point. I told her she’s being very disrespectful and she was definitely not treating me like a client. Rushing me in my massage just for me to pay? Yeah worst massage if you ask me. I will be looking elsewhere. Make sure you ask the total before giving your card!

We were ushered in from the moment we stepped through the door. We assumed that we must have been the only reservation at the time. It gave such a weird vibe not being asked if we were the actual reservation just to confirm. After 40 minutes from being put in the sauna where we had like no interaction or guiding the lady tells us that we will be in separate rooms for our couples massage. It's turns out there is an asterix on which locations put you in the same room and this one is not it and that's on me. She called her boss probably to make sure she should only charge for the sauna and they did. Overall not a great experience

I booked two wax services with Sarah this summer. I highly recommend. Her waxing is efficient and easy - a true professional. I’m sure any service with her at Vita is great, she’s kind, personable, and respectful. Thank you Sarah!

I got a massage here a while back and was hesitant to write a review because for some reason people (3/4ths were men) were writing good reviews ! When i first got there she was confused about me even having an appointment, anyway she brought me back and forced me to get undressed and lay ON TOP of all the blankets.. she draped a dingy TOWEL over my backside and gave me the most uncoordinated, unsanitary massage of my life.. and when i went to check out she tried telling me i couldn’t pay with my card , i knew immediately what she was trying to do, she wanted me to go to a ATM for cash.. i said i Will not be doing that and instead of tipping her in cash like i originally planned i used my card! Worst experience ever 🤣 As a licensed esthetician, I’d love to send the state board in and double check their licenses and fine them for how disgusting they are 🤮

Therapist demanded a specific tip and thought my tip was not enough. The massage was good and the body scrub was okay. I was left in the sauna over 30 min and would have forgotten about me if I didn’t come out. For the price I could have gone elsewhere. Website is set up better than the actual facility.

Oh.my.gawd…. To say I love this place is an understatement. I’ve been struggling with back pain lately. Went for a massage some other place last week and the chiropractor . No relief. I met Sarah today. I wasn’t expecting relief and this tiny woman jumped up on the table and started walking on my back. I hate deep tissue massage but this was amazing. I finally got relief in my lower back. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much!
