The facial was just as amazing, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I truly felt pampered throughout the entire experience. I can't wait to return and treat myself again. This place is a hidden gem in Columbus, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and indulge in some self-care!

I got a 90 minute custom scalp facial and it was heavenly- truly unlike any treatment I have ever had before. I had an amazing experience getting a custom scalp and beard facial! My beard has never felt so soft and healthy, and the the care taken by Kimberly during the treatment was exceptional. The steam, exfoliation, and conditioning left my skin feeling refreshed and my beard looking well-groomed and hydrated. The environment was clean and relaxing, with nice attention to detail in the interior design. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to step up their hair and beard routine!

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is calm and safe, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend the herbal alchemy hydrotherapy with a hydrojelly mask. The whole experience was so relaxing. Analicia was so kind and did a great job explaining everything she was doing. This made me feel comfortable, and the vibe in the private room is so peaceful and helps to tie together the overall experience. To top it off, my hair and skin feel amazing and smell delicious, lol! I rarely write reviews unless the experience was exceptional or pretty mediocre. This spa is mediocre. My back hurt so bad after the scalp facial that I actually called a different spa about getting a massage(I did report my back pain to the professional). There was no table or chair in the service room for my clothes or to sit down and put my socks on. I had to pile my clothes on the floor. The slippers available at the front door were 6 sizes too big (size 12, I wear a size 6) and then I had to walk up two flights of stairs to the service room in very large slip ons. No lockers for personal item, just a coat hook in the lobby accessible to everyone. The professional that did my service was nice. But the actual scalp massage was mediocre and hard to enjoy in the position I was laying, which placed most of my body weight on the middle of my back. You also leave with wet hair. So don’t plan anything for right after. It was poorly decorated, with little space at the reception desk to even put your phone or purse down while you check out. There is literally no counter space. I really wanted to love this place but I get a better scalp message during my normal cut and color with my stylist and I leave there with a great blowout, not a wet head in the middle January. There just didn’t seem to be much consideration for the client experience. The treatment professional did a good job of explaining what she was doing during the treatment.

I absolutely love it here! The spa is nestled inside a historic German mansion, radiating charm and offering such a cozy atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to experience the amazing luxury of scalp treatments, surrounded by an incredible collective of talented ladies working together.

This place is beautiful! The services transcend you to another world as you lay in one of their incredible beds as your hair and head is massaged. My hair never felt so clean and it looked amazing after the blow out i added on. Definitely a have to visit!
