This was the most unprofessional, unintelligent group of people I have ever been in contact with! The worst experience of a full face wax. All the hair is still present. Broken blood vessels, face swollen, the girl was using tweezers to pull out the hair instead of just stopping. Walked out red, and the manager even agreed that it was unsatisfactory, took $20 off the service, which in any other case would be fine, but this is a human body! She never assessed the hair, had no idea what she was doing, used strip wax.... not happy at all. Massages might be great, don't recommend the waxing!

We booked facials, were offered two different times. We picked one. Arrived early to be told they double booked during a computer down time. They said they called but no message was left. A number that is unknown. Why would you not leave a message? Or email? Both? We have used Solstice in the past. And I guess we will stick with them.

Best place in New England for a massage!!!!! I drive close to 4 hours for a relaxing massage. Ask for Nataliya, she's the best 👌 👍!!!

I had a massage with Melanie 10/13/24 and it was everything my body needed! She was absolutely fabulous at reading my body and gives a skilled massage. I would recommend her to anybody and will definitely request her when I return.

Had a fantastic first experience here. Got the Ultimate Body Lift, which was relaxing and revitalizing. My skin is so soft and smooth now, and the massage worked wonders to ease my stress. The whole experience was so calming, comfortable, and a treat to the senses. And the service was incredible as well. Sue was my specialist and she walked me through all of the steps of the treatments she was applying, along with the health benefits of the various oils and serums, and even offered me some sample products to take home. She was excellent: both friendly and professional, and I would ask for her again the next time I visit. Overall, the spa was everything I hoped it would be and more. I really felt like I was treating myself to some much-needed relaxation, with a little bit of luxury mixed in there for good measure. Believe me when I say it was worth every last penny. Would highly recommend!
