I received a gift certificate to the salt cave and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a wonderful respite from the madness. Sarita was warm and accommodating, sharing stories and bonding over signs from the universe. We did the salt cave and a foot soak treatment. Will definitely return!

This place is an absolute gem. I came here for my birthday and it was the best decision I made. Sarita is so kind and knowledgeable about her practice—I just knew I was in a safe space and I enjoyed every minute of it. I did the infrared therapy, foot soak and the salt cave spa. My favorite hands down was the salt cave — I haven’t had a sleep like that in ages! Do yourself a favor and schedule a day at the Vermont Salt Cave—your body and your spirit will thank you!

Christine welcomed us so warmly! We started with the hands and feet detox followed by our personalized herbal hot foot spa by masterful Tasha - so delightful and relaxing. Then Christine took us into the salt cave - describing the beneficial qualities of the salt minerals. So so recommend this really valuable experience - thank you 🙏🏻

I first and foremost want to thank Christine for being so helpful in planning my day at this lovely day spa. She was very knowledgeable about all of the services that are offered and I finally settled on an hour massage, hand/foot salt detox and time in the salt cave (nothing at all like I expected!). It was a beautiful respite during my 5 day road trip through gorgeous Vermont state. My mind and body was so relaxed that I forgot to take pics! Make sure you leave enough time to browse the different rocks at the gift shop too. Every time I turned around I saw something else that was interesting and beautiful that Christine would tell me about. I don’t want to forget to mention that the massage was fantastic as well! This place is well worth the visit.

A beautiful one stop shop for feeling better on days of aches and pains. An older person in my family was having a tough time with joint pain. An hour in the salt cave and a few drops of CBD oil they carry here turned things around. Thanks for being there for us!

My husband offered me a day @ the Spa for my Birthday this past July, the owner is very friendly, informative, she has very good energy. She explained to us the process of the salt for relaxation, reflexology/ pressure points ( as a previous trainer myself) I can tell she is very knowledgeable , she is a very nice lady & very enthusiastic to share her knowledge. I need to have a girls day out with my family again soon. We left feeling so relaxed. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you

My family of four had an awesome time going and rewinding in the salt cave- we were lucky enough to be in there just the four of us. 45 minutes of relaxation, meditation and deep breaths! The staff was very nice and friendly!!

I wasn't sure what to expect but I absolutely loved it! The women running the show are absolutely beautiful humans and did an amazing job showing us around the gift shop, explaining the healing power of crystals and the history behind different trinkets. The actual salt cave was gorgeous, relaxing and peaceful enough to get into a meditative state or just doze. Such a great experience and nothing but positive energy ✨️
