An absolutely relaxing experience! I’ve had 2 head spa appointments and each has been luxurious and enjoyable. Emily did a great job making me comfortable and checking in throughout my treatment. The environment was very peaceful and the treatment itself left my hair feeling so silky and soft. I’ll absolutely be coming back!!

I just got back from receiving the Luxury 90min scalp massage and facial. My service providers name I cannot remember (and I asked twice 🤦🏼‍♀️) it started with an M, was absolutely phenomenal. She provided a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, and did such a great job, even the hand and arm massage was so relaxing. My only complaint is not with her but the room was FREEZING. I was cold the whole time. I prefer to be nice and toasty when I trying to relax, especially when having a wet head. I suggest getting heated blankets for us to lay on and/or cover up with, heated oil for the scalp and massage portion would be great too. I also think you need towel warmers for removing product instead of getting the towel warm in the sink. I also feel like I needed a little more neck support while laying on the back of my head. Even without these things, I still really enjoyed my service and would definitely come back, as long as it was warmer!

I saw a video of a head spa online and then googled places near me. It was my first time here & scalp treatment. I had the Platinum package it was so nice. Which included a facial, neck and shoulders relaxation massage. Plus hair blow out. It was the best pampering for myself ever!! I had tech #9 she was so nice. Pictures online matched my experience. The room was very nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly. My hair feels great!! I highly recommend you check them out! I will be back.

Let's start with the conclusion of this review first, for all my people who don't want to read a lengthy review. I would never spend my money at this place again, and I obviously do not recommend you do either. Here's why. First impressions are important. My first impression here was that I was unwelcome. The lady at the counter seemed annoyed to even speak with me. She never once offered a smile or welcoming words. She wasn't necessarily rude, we will call it borderline. Next. We are taken back to the room, which the ( very nice ) lady explained where to put our things and lay down. Starting the service. The two ladies came in, they were both very kind. But, I paid for two luxury packages for my partner and I. It comes with all the things. First, neither of us received the scalp analysis that was included. I was looking forward to this. Second, it was supposed to come with a neck and shoulder massage- I also didn't receive this- I DID receive the arm & hand massage, if you can call it that, it was more like an oil application as there was zero pressure applied. The head massage. It was NOTHING like the videos. My scalp was definitely scrubbed, it was definitely cleaned, but it wasn't massaged. The careful articulate movements that you see on the videos were not applied. It was just scrubbing - same as I do on my own hair in the shower. The products they used smelled like lice treatment to me, it was not appealing. My hair was halfway blow dried on the top. The back of my hair was still wet. Did I mention these things while I was there? No. I didn't. The waiting room was tiny, and there were several people waiting. We definitely felt rushed out of there. I did ask the front lady if they had an opening for lash extensions, she rolled her eyes and just said no. She did not offer to schedule one. For these reasons I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received for almost a $300 price tag.

The front lobby is gorgeous when you walk in. It is super clean. I did the Luxury Japanese head spa. It was super relaxing and left my hair feeling so silky soft. If you love when you get your hair washed at the salon then you really love this as it is 20x better! My tech was amazing and was very nice. I definitely plan to come back again and would highly recommend it.

This experience was exceptional! I had Sylvia, #7, and she was friendly and super knowledgeable. I booked the 2-hour facial and scalp treatment. I let Sylvia know it was my first time and she explained everything about the process, she even gave me tips to make my at home routine better. I can't stop talking about my experience. My hair and scalp have never felt this good! I have curly hair and I was a little worried, but I wore my hair down and curly today, 3 days after my service, and my curls are gorgeous and frizz free. If you are on the fence about spending this money on yourself, DO IT! You won't regret it.

Sophia is an absolute doll! I had the facial and head spa, the atmosphere is beautiful and calming, the staff are AMAZING! The entire experience was top notch luxury. Sophia was so calm and soothing and took every step to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my treatments to the fullest. I am so grateful for the experience!

One of the most unique and wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. My daughter and I had a private room together. It was so comfortable and the smells were amazing. The ladies doing our services took their time and were very good. I highly recommend
