Thank you, Thea, for an amazing head spa morning. I did a 60min deep scalp appointment. She thoroughly deep cleaned my scalp, along with the head/hair scalp/ and neck massage. A blow out session was at the very end of the appointment. What a relaxing morning!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND VELVET HEAD SPA in CAMPBELL! I booked the 90-minute service, which included an upper back massage, facial, and basic scalp treatment for $180—and it was worth every penny! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist. Before starting my service, they showed me a visual of my scalp and explained why it looked the way it did, which was really insightful. The treatment took place in a private, clean room with relaxing background music. My technician, Thea, was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! She checked in on me throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable. At the end, they offer a blow-dry station at the front of the room, but since I wear a head covering, Thea was incredibly respectful of my needs and brought everything into the private room to dry my hair there. That level of care and accommodation meant so much to me. Finally, they showed me my scalp results, and the difference was AMAZING! Even days later, I can still see the improvement in my hair. I’m already booked for my next appointment—this time bringing a friend along! 😊

Relaxing and accommodating experience. Annie was nice and gave a comfortable neck massage as well. However my scalp does feel cleaner but left my hair and scalp feeling dry.

Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

Had an amazing experience! The staff is welcoming and nice. I had the head massage and facial package and Suzy was an expert and gave the best head massage. I had a wonderful time!

This is my first time here. The environment is very calm, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything was organized. The host did a scalp evaluation prior to my service. My service was Deep Scalp Therapy. Thea introduced herself with a smile, made sure I was comfortable. The massage and scalp treatment was very rejuvenating and refreshing! Thank you all. You’re a great team. I would definitely come back with a friend.

Loved my experience at the velvet head spa. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for some self care. The place is super cute. They offered complimentary mimosa while I waited for my massage. My facial and scalp massage was extremely relaxing. Thea did an amazing job. My before and after look at my scalp was a miraculous difference. So worth the price!

My scalp care+facial appointment with Thea was absolutely amazing. The neck, shoulder, and head massage felt incredible and she took her time and provided a very thorough and calming hair wash, making it a truly relaxing experience. Afterward, she blow-dried and brushed my hair to perfection—it’s never looked this shiny and smooth! I’ve definitely found my go-to for scalp and facial treatments and can't wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend Thea!
