Jo absolutely blew me away. I was recommended to her by my other stylist here as I wanted a pony tail for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I love that they recommend each other and know who is best for what style! Jo was so kind and helpful. She kept engaging me the whole time and made sure I loved what was going on before she continued with anything. My hair looked absolutely KILLER and I have been getting compliments left and right. I have REALLY long and thick hair so keeping it in such an intense ponytail is not easy and it stayed in all night. I am in heaven. Also ambiance was just amazing here- the woman getting their done next to me were so sweet, everyone was chiming in with wedding stories and wishing me the best. It felt like family and I had never met any of them before. Epic

My stylist, Kaylie, is awesome! She really listens to me and is an expert colorist. Vaughan Diann has a great vibe and their clients seem to be from every walk of life. I always feel like a new woman when I walk out!

I have always had positive experiences at the salon. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful with appointments. Jessi does a wonderful job on cut and color. I always receive compliments on my hair!

I had a disappointing experience at Vaughan Diann. As a repeat customer who has always gone to Kaylie, I booked what I thought was a shampoo and cut for $50, minus the blowout that typically comes with a haircut package. When I arrived, I waited about five minutes for Kaylie, which cut into the 30-minute appointment but wasn’t a big issue at the time. While chatting, I mentioned that I wasn’t getting a blowout today and explained how I wanted my hair cut. However, when Kaylie started blow-drying instead of cutting, we realized I had mistakenly booked a shampoo and style, not a haircut. I immediately apologized and took full responsibility for the mistake, but when I asked if she could do a quick cut instead, she seemed visibly put out, though she said she could make time. I reassured her that I didn’t expect a blowout or styling and was happy to adjust the price if needed. Kaylie did a quick cut, commented on how she was being flexible, and mentioned that I was “lucky” she had already started blow-drying before we caught the mix-up (which I thanked her for). The appointment ended five minutes early, meaning I only received about 20 minutes of service total. At checkout, I was surprised to be charged the full $82 haircut/blowout price—even though I left with wet, unstyled hair. When I asked if the price could be adjusted given the circumstances, the front desk said the stylist sets the price and did not intervene. I understand that a haircut and a style are different services, and I take full responsibility for misreading the booking description. However, considering that I didn’t receive a blowout, and my total time in the chair was significantly less than a normal haircut or even the style I had mistakenly booked, I expected a fair price adjustment—especially as a loyal client who has always tipped well. Unfortunately, the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation left a really bad impression, and I won’t be returning.

best salon i’ve ever been too. i had not cut my hair for 2 years, and this is where i went. my barber was erik, and not only did i get an amazing haircut, but amazing advice on how to maintain it, and how to get it cut again. would HIGHLY recommend him and this salon. 100/10 experience.

I would like give five stars just based off MY experience here. When I brought my fiance here to show him how great it is to get a hair cut here we were left confused and pretty disappointed. From the front desk, the girls have always been so sweet when booking appointments/checking in. I had my hair done by Nicole. She is amazing! Love the way she made me feel seen and heard about my hair wants/needs. After a great experience, I brought my fiance here but couldn’t get an appointment with Nicole at the time so we went with Erick. Either our personalities didn’t mesh well or something but it felt like his appointment was rushed through. He would tell my fiance to look one way and then instantly grab his head and make him look another way. He let my fiance walk out of the salon with sopping wet hair. When I asked oh we aren’t going to blow dry it? He said no it’s going to air dry. My fiance‘s hair shoulder length. I’m sorry but his head was dripping wet like he just got out of the pool. His shirt was just as wet at this point. Almost $100 haircut for a man and he let us leave like that? Thankfully we had random shirts in the car to try and help dry off his hair. We’re a pretty hesitant to get another cut for him here now.

Top quality salon! The front desk, stylists, support staff all shower each client with attention. Many of the stylists have worked together for numerous years, they are very tight knit, client oriented, and support each other to bring the best service to the client. They have a team of exceptional color experts; myself and 4 daughters are clients & recieve consistent compliments on the quality of their coloring services. I have 17 years of experience as Leslie's client & will not go elsewhere. Everytime I leave, I feel great about the services I received. 10 out of 10 recommend this salon.

I had my first appointment here and was blown away! Ambiance, professionalism, my haircut! Definitely will be back to see Aria!
