The space here is beautiful! They also have a wide selection of teas, of which I tried two, that were delicious. However, both my partner and I got a scrub spa service that was definitely lacking. It wasn’t thorough nor firm enough to have any real effect on our skin. Perhaps their other services are superior but the scrub was subpar. That being said, the staff was very welcoming, kind and accommodating.

Went for a bachelorette party this weekend and I got a massage from Sydney. Absolutely amazing experience from the moment we walked in. The front desk receptionist took a group photo of us in the fireplace lounge, even going as far as to moving the fireplace to get a better picture of us. (We didn’t even ask for a group picture, she just knew her job well enough to know we’d want one) Sydney did an amazing job during the massage, with times that you’re laying there wondering if she has more than 2 arms. She really knew the areas where I needed attention and worked at them but also didn’t rush through the rest of the massage. An all around fantastic experience for this newer local business! Would recommend to everyone and am very sad I live out of town so I can’t become a member!

Absolutely blown away by this place! Highly recommend for a bachelorette activity! We planned a combination of facials/massages for the group and Valo kept everything a secret from the bride upon our request despite us needing to give them her phone number for booking purposes! My facial was SO GOOD - a perfect combination of relaxing, rejuvenating and effectiveness. Their products work great and smell even better. Halle did a fantastic job on my facial and made me feel very comfortable. For what this spa offers, they’re priced extremely fair. I’m from out of state but will definitely be making future day trips to go back.

The best spa I've ever been to. We had the honor of being the interior designer on this project and we love how Valo Wellness Spa is centered around nature. This stunning space was designed to create a tranquil environment for natural-based treatments. We focused on incorporating curvilinear forms, organic shapes and natural materials throughout. The staff is incredibly kind and make sure every customer has a wonderful experience. I love every treatment in the wellness playground and I love sitting in the Halo booth. Don't walk, RUN to Valo spa and book your appointment now! You deserve to take care of yourself and there's no better place to do that than at Valo Wellness Spa in Omaha, Nebraska. Trust me, I've been tons of times and I just booked facials for my husband and I with the jade roller add on. I'm a regular :)

This spa has cancelled on me every time I have made an appointment (except for one which I had a deep tissue massage that was the opposite of deep). Last time I got a message almost 2 days before the apt saying they were closing for a storm but when I was In the mall the night of my apt there was a sign saying they were closed for a workshop. I live out of state so being cancelled on regularly with short notice leaves me unable to reschedule anywhere else.

I highly recommend Vallo wellness spa. My facial there was top notch(!), and the relaxing environment cannot be beat. The owner and staff are amazing and as a nearby business owner, they showed us Grace when we had a big hiccup providing catering services due to an unforeseen, unfortunate circumstance. 5+ stars on services, owner and staff!

Best spa ambiance that I’ve been to in Omaha! The lockers, robe, slippers, and relaxing waiting room makes you feel like you’re on vacation at a 5 star resort. I’ve had 2 really great maternity massages with Sydney. She offered cupping therapy during our session and it has helped a lot with my upper back pain. They also offer different kinds of tea and citrus water before and after your session. The price is a great value for the overall experience. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a true spa experience!

Stepping into Valo is like stepping into an oasis. The smell, the textures, the colors, the plants, and the front desk girls make you feel like you are in heaven. I enjoyed a green tea and sat in the peaceful fireplace lounge. I enjoyed my facial with Halle, she was so sweet and made me feel like a queen! She has great pressure and conversation and I would highly recommend the facial with Halle. The facial included so much for the cost as well! If you want to escape for your busy day, go see Halle at Valo. You won’t regret it!
