I have been seeing Nicole for years and I can honestly say I have never been happier with my hair! She is the most highly skilled and knowledgeable hair stylist I have ever worked with and I trust her completely! She always gives me the most beautiful and natural color and keeps my hair strong and healthy with olaplex treatments and perfect hair cuts. I can also always count on her to not only give me recommendations for products that are right for me, but also for my friends and family. These products are always reasonably priced and AMAZING quality!! She is a wealth of knowledge for any hair concern and she genuinely wants the best for her clients. Nicole has been such a gift and she is also so much fun to talk to so your appointment will be very enjoyable!! She is truly the best!! :)

I appreciate Urban Spa and their quality services! Nicole works with me every time, listens well and offers ideas that I love! I’m a curly girl which can be tricky but she knows how to cut, color & style me. She is an excellent color specialist! She’s very knowable about the styling products too. Not all products are the same for curly hair. I love exploring colorful highlights, for the different seasons. She explains clearly the steps needed to achieve my goals and I look good even during the process. I drive 45 minutes without issue cuz as a client she’s the best!. ♥️👏🏼👍🏼

I have been getting my haircut here for a little while now. I just received a cancellation from The stylist at 3 o’clock for my 330 appointment that says this: Hello Rebecca this is Nicole from Urban Spa Salon. I hope you are doing well, I regret to inform you that I am closing my books this week which means I have to adjust my clients a bit. I can no longer take you on as a client due to limited space on my schedule… for me, this is just poor business. Let somebody know 30 minutes before their appointment that you are dropping them from your books??? They offered me a 5 o’clock appointment with somebody else today that is unknown to me. I’m already busy at five today as well. A call yesterday or last week, But 30 minutes before an Appointment?? I initially came to Nicole for the “Curly Girl” cut style, which she doesn’t do. The last cut I got from her also frizzed my bangs, an okay cut… I am glad that business isn't normally like this, and I still find myself w/out any resolve. I also wonder if there has been any update about how this happened, was I the only person? Still wondering… I think maybe it is because I wasn’t a big ticket spender, after reading other reviews.

Brooke Igarta gives the BEST, most relaxing facials! She asked me a few questions and gave me a great personalized facial based on my skins needs, I didn’t dare cover up my skin the rest of the day! Not to mention the post facial relaxation had me in a dream state. You NEED to see Brooke!

Always an amazing experience here! Hannah is my hair stylist and always slays my new hair ideas when I’m ready for a personality switch up! My hair is thin but I have A LOT of it. Hannah has ALWAYS been so kind to schedule me with no time limit/restrictions since we’ve come to learn with how much hair I have, it is a atleast a 5 hour job! She has gotten me out of my comfort zone twice now. I used to have hair to my butt but she cut it and made me comfortable and confident with shorter hair. As well as dying me dark when I never have dared going anything but blonde. She has always made me feel and look so beautiful even after trying something new! Every one there is extremely nice and the inside of the salon is so cozy and feels Luxurious.

I am giving the review based on the communication process and not the service. I haven’t used any stylist there. I followed their instagram page and it looked like Nicole was the one posting. I searched up their stylists and services and Nicole was the only one who offered free consultation and also mentioned that she works with every budget. So I contacted her. Sent my picture and what I want and I am not sure if she understood what I was looking for but she hit me with a huge price and saying that it takes a while to go blond when I only wanted partial highlights. I told her my budget and she didn’t even try to work with me , every single time she kept referring me to someone else. I’m not sure if the price she gave me ($240+ for partial highlights) was because she didn’t want to do my hair . But she had no intention of working with my budget, it seemed like she tried to add extra work to my hair.
