I had the most wonderful experience at Urban Radiance MedSpa from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The ambiance was calm and soothing, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. I had a Filler, Toxin & Facial treatment and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Calli is highly skilled, thoroughly explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and confident in my decision to visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch services and a luxurious experience!

I can not recommend this fantastic place enough. From the front desk to Callie our injector, to Max the RN everybody was top notch. And the place is so beautiful!!! They even gave us a welcome gift. :) If you live in East Tennessee THIS is the place to go!! 10/10

I have been a client at Urban Radiance Medical Spa for almost a year now. Calli, Max, Savannah, Stephanie and Heather are genuinely welcoming and invested in their clients reaching their goals. Max explains IV options, weight loss drugs and hormone therapies very thoroughly. Calli is an artist with a vial and a syringe. All one needs to do is look at the many before and afters out on Facebook to see how she makes very subtle changes that look very natural while achieving the client’s goals. My first experience with a nurse injector at another establishment was not great, but giving injections a second try with Calli changed my mind. Treat yourself to a trip to Urban Radiance and you won’t want to go anywhere else!

I can NOT recommend this place enough! Calli really takes the time to work with you on the goals you want & how to best achieve them, I have never left feeling anything other than ecstatic with my results. She has completely transformed my lips in a matter of months. I have only had lash extensions done here once (today) & Savannah did an incredible job! I’ve never had a service with Matt before, but he has always been extremely friendly & helpful any time we’ve crossed paths. Fi is an absolute sweetheart & always makes me feel welcome/checks to make sure I’m doing okay while getting treated. The whole team here is amazing & you won’t leave disappointed. :)

calli was absolutely amazing! i went in for lip filler for my first time! she was very informative throughout the process and helped calm my nerves. my lips look WAY better than i could’ve even imagined. she does amazing work
