Lori helped my boyfriend plan the perfect anniversary spa day! From the very start I could tell it was going to be a great experience, Lori was welcoming as soon as we walked in and brought us into this lovely room with water views while we waited for our massages. I tend to get massages quite frequently and today’s was one of the best I have ever had - perfect pressure and relaxation while feeling the benefits. Next we went into the salt room for 45 minutes which was a great way to end our spa day. It was truly relaxing and a wonderful visit, I am looking forward to returning next time we’re in the area! Thank you Lori for all of your help!

I booked a last minute couples massage and Lori at the front desk was super helpful with scheduling and had an amazingly welcoming personality that made us super excited to try this spa. The massages were great, Lacie and Katrina, gave great recommendations about posture and exercises to help with back pain also communicated extremely well about comfortability with pressure and temperature. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage and I’m looking forward to coming back! (P.S. Lori- Dan had an amazing birthday and loved all of the surprises I planned for him)

My partner and I recently booked a couples massage with Urban Oasis, and it was the best experience either of us has had at a spa. Lori was such a delight on the phone, and even more so face-to-face. She was professional, yet personable and set a calming environment from the moment we walked in. Megan and Lacie were extremely attentive to our needs, providing the most relaxing and skilled treatment. I've never left a massage session feeling the way I did walking out of our room, and my partner said the same. We can't wait to visit again.

Megan has been wonderful! For nearly 6 months I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my leg and countless doctors visits, pt and imaging had been unable to yield any real results. Megan was able to get my pain level down to the point that I no longer need to take nerve blockers to walk. After only two visits I can already feel exceptional results and she understands my unique whole body issues in a way that most are unable to grasp. She is intuitive, caring, knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. I only wish I would have visited earlier.

I surprised and treated my Boyfriend to a 90minute couples massage for his Birthday today! Miss Lori was amazing at helping me set this up prior to the big day:) she suggested the integrated session and it was perfection 👌🏻 we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back for more ❤️ Megan & Lacie took such wonderful care of us both, making sure we were happy & comfortable the entire time!! Your money is better spent at Spa Grand Traverse! Very disappointed with this venue. I went to redeem a gift card that was sent to me (I live out of town), and I wanted to use it to purchase a treatment for my mom who is well known across local spas for frequent usage. They refused to use my gift card for purchasing anything for anyone else. They wanted to ID me to verify I was who I said I was. Very unprofessional. Not only will my mom and I not come here, but we will warn ALL of our local friends about coming to a spa that doesn’t allow you to use their gift cards they way you want to. Very sad.

We came in for a girls spa day and left very refreshed! A few of us took part in massages which they loved and a few did the body detox wraps. The relaxation room on the water was lovely but our favorite was sitting all together in the salt room. Lori was very accomodating and friendly and very informative! We appreciated all the therapists working all 6 of us in. Thanks again!

Urban Oasis Salt Spa is amazing. Lori helped me to organize two large groups - it was a wonderful and relaxing visit both times. The staff handled our group of 10+ effortlessly this year. Every person said their service was phenomenal - we had all types of massages and facials booked, and we also had went in the Salt room in two different groups. Lori took care of us. And we will definitely be back! I had a Swedish massage with Lacie, and she was the best masseuse I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend a visit here when you are in town.
