Emily did a great job on my nails! She gave me suggestions that were better for my natural nails, which i appreciated. I also appreciated her thoughtfulness in making sure i was comfortable. She was a lot of fun and had a great personality. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Another happy experience at Ultimate Touch Spa and Salon in Webster Massachusetts, hairdresser Lindsey. This time I brought my son to get his hair done too. I'm really so happy that I found this hair salon. I've been to many in Webster for the 15 years that I've lived here and none of them have lasted that long, but I'm very happy with Ultimate Touch Spa and Salon and I'm very happy with my personal hairdresser Lindsay. If you get a chance to check them out if you live in the area it wouldn't hurt to give them a try!

I have been going to Ultimate Touch for years and I can say nothing but great things about the salon, owner and employees! Salon is very clean..Missy and Star are awesome people they are very personable and professional. Heather is my stylist and she ALWAYS does what I ask her to do..never disappoints. All the stylists are very personable whether you are a client of theirs or not they all treat you like family ❤️. Don’t hesitate to go to this salon!

After years of thinning eyebrows, I finally needed to do something. I was tired of filling them in with a brow pencil only to have them wash off when I sweat, showered, etc. I had my initial consult with Jaycee, who is wise beyond her years and made me feel comfortable with my choice to explore microblading. When she gave me the mirror to look at them finished, I almost cried. I had forgotten what it looked like to have actual eyebrows again. She matched the color perfectly to my hair and my husband even said he can't believe how much they look like real hair. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Jaycee and the Staff at Ultimate Touch! HIGHLY recommended them!!

Wow. Where do I even start? I’ve been getting my hair professionally done since the age of 15. I’m now 43. Recently, my stylist moved out of state and so I’ve been really trying to find a stylist that a) doesn’t price gouge and b) is obviously good. But what I have to say about Ultimate Touch is that I have never… in my life… been treated the way I was in any salon on Wednesday in your establishment (of which I went to you people when Lexi worked for you when I was doing my natural hair color back in 2020). I thought I’d try you guys again (remembering how great Lexi was). I spoke to your receptionist a month ago about exactly what I needed done (a bleach root retouch and toner) as I know blonde coloring can be challenging for some stylists (especially those who don’t have a lot of experience doing blondes by bleach). I specifically asked your receptionist for someone in there that had the experience with blondes. She told me she would put me with “Nicole.” When I called back to book the appointment, she put me with a different stylist (don’t know her name) of which I saw on Wednesday. On Wednesday, this particular stylist didn’t even introduce herself to me. She was standing behind the counter so I thought she may be another receptionist. She told me to come to the chair and asked me what we were doing today. Ummmm… ?!? So I told her what I was there for. She left and came back several minutes later telling me “the label says do not put bleach on the scalp. So that she cannot service me today.” I almost started to laugh. Knowing you guys left me in a pinch here I was desperately thinking of just having you dye it back my natural hair color. Thank God that didn’t happen! I was caught so off guard. Then your receptionist wouldn’t even look at me nor acknowledge me while I was walking out. As though I’m some kind of lunatic for getting my hair bleached. What kills me is that you people told me in advance you take the money for any missed appointments. Umm how about the fact that I’m leaving for a trip on Saturday and now have to scramble to find a place to take me last minute? How about the 20 minute drive to you and time lost I could have been working on my own business? I hope everyone reads this. It’s worthy of a TikTok video. I wouldn’t even bother explaining yourselves because there is no explanation at this point, it’s only going to further embarrass all of you. P.S. anyone reading this… don’t pay attention to owners response in these reviews on “how wonderful her receptionist & staff are.” Tooting their own horn trying to cover up for their carelessness and lack of integrity . They are snobby, ignorant and as unprofessional as it gets.

My daughter's first hair salon experience was perfect!. As painfully shy as she is, she left with a huge smile. Her layers and highlights are just want she wanted.
