Allison is an amazing esthetician! She gave the most relaxing facial massage and experience —I definitely dozed off toward the end. She also did a fantastic job with my brow and lip wax. I really appreciate how she explained each product and application, especially during the masks. The entire experience was wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Since I can only l leave one review. It is important to share my first visit was from a gc from husband. It was a spa package that included massage, sauna and pedicure. This is when I met Amy, massage therapist. This was 4 years ago, and I've returned multiple times a year to get a swedish massage from her and couples massage.

Olivia was amazing. I’ve been waking up with headache-inducing pain in my neck and shoulder for almost a year now. Having to take an alarming amount of ibuprofen just to stave it away throughout the day. It had been deeply affecting my quality of life I got a massage from Olivia, she listened to my concerns and took them to heart, and I’m now on day 2 of waking up pain free. To say it has changed my life is an understatement. I will definitely be back.

I attend a SPA party for a bachelorette celebration and the bride-to-be got sick that same day. Only her and 2 others coming in from out of town were able to fully cancel. Six of us decided to proceed without the bride to avoid the 50% penalty charge. The SPA experience with my girlfriends was fun and relaxing. It all came to an end when we were charged an additional $40.00 for the gratuity and snacks. I don’t mind paying for anything additional charges as long as I am aware beforehand. Per my understanding of the website, it said all parties will automatically include 18% gratuity. A choice of two (2) of the following 30-minute services plus snacks and specialty teas will be served. SPA PARTIES $160.00 per person. Maybe, I would of understand it if is said additional 18% gratuity will apply and snacks and teas served for an additional fee. Make sure you are aware of all charges before your Spa experience. I felt we were deceived.

I have been a client at Ultimate Escape for a few years now. I am always impressed with the friendly and relaxing environment. Every service I have received has been well executed from lashes and massages to pedi's and facials. One of my favorite experiences is the infrared sauna.

Had a terrible experience for my facial. My aesthetician was just focusing on applying too many products and not even massaging to help the skin. The exfoliating brush used was terrible and I could tell it was never washed. It was out of power before she could finish the exfoliating and just decided to stop. As the last step of applying mask, I was given a lousy head massage. I have been to so many facials but this was just terrible and unprofessional. I never get bruises on my face after extraction during my facial but this time my face is bruised. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. Update - this review is not spam. I have the record of my appointment and the payment receipt for my facial. The owner tried to falsely label my review as spam because it is not as per their expectation. I have been doing facials for 10+ years now so I know and understand how it works.

Jenny is the absolute best massage therapist! She is attentive not only to the needs of the person on the table, but she also gets to know you on a personal level. When I came in with an issue near and under my shoulder blade, she not only fixed that but recommended a couple of other ways to change my day-to-day routine, and she was right on! So thankful for her!
