staff followed me around the store the entire time. felt extremely uncomfortable and left without buying anything. will not be back ever again. awful experience and extremely overstimulating. i would tell everyone i know to go literally anywhere else. awful staff too.

Every time I walk in here I feel invincible. Once I do get help I feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Tonight I came in needing help finding new foundation and help color matching. I’m not good at makeup. I stood in the foundation section for 20 minutes waiting for help while my boyfriend and son wondered the store. I had multiple employees walk past me and not offer help not even acknowledge I’m there. I finally got tired of waiting and walked over to my boyfriend to say let’s leave and an employee walks by and notices him offering him help getting a cologne out if he’d like it. He didn’t know at this point that I received no help so he declined her help. This employee walked past me multiple times. I keep coming back hoping for a better experience but tonight was the last time for me. Left in tears tonight. I guess sorry I’m not a “pretty girl” and need help.

I just bought my BabyLiss clippers and trimmers here, which are amazing. I had Wahl legends for about 5 yrs and decided to give these a try; they do not disappoint. The staff was extremely helpful and they have a great line of men's fragrance too 😉

11/10 would recommend getting your brows done by Keegan!! She always does exactly what i want and has the best customer service! I usually get a wax and lamination!

Great store! I always LOVE coming here and the online pick up is super great too. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Amazing selection. I just wish i could get my Dior mascara here too!

On July 3rd I visited the Salon at Ulta! Megan was my stylist. I couldn't be more pleased with my cut! Plus the wonderfully friendly helpful service and knowledge of Megan. She gave me exactly what I wanted, which has been rare in my experience at other salons and stylists I've visted. I definetly have found my stylist! Thank you!
