I had to change my appointment with Lori and all she had open was an express. At the last minute she was able to get me in for a trademark, which I very much enjoy! She always does a great job with the massage! Everyone was so friendly! I feel special at TM!!

I have had Emily P. as my stylist at TM for years and she always does an amazing job. So, I asked her to recommend someone to help with my son's wild hair (super thick and curly) and she recommended Tyler. He did such a great job! He took his time, listened, was very detailed in how he did the cut... my son left with a huge smile on his face which was not how he went in. Thank you, Emily and Tyler!

I found Tyler Mason several years ago to help me transition to my natural gray hair and it's now my go-to salon! I love the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism among the stylists. I usually make appointments based on my schedule rather than meeting with a particular stylist and that is never an issue. However, this time I requested Caitlyn. On my previous visit she really listened to my concerns and what I wanted my hair to do and I came away with a hairstyle that I love. She even taught me how to use the diffuser correctly so I could recreate it at home.

I have been getting my underarms waxed by Morgan for a few months now and I’m continually impressed by her professionalism, efficiency, customer care, and her consistency with each appointment. Thank you for being awesome and you’re definitely an asset at the salon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to Tyler Mason Salon Spa for several years for manicures, pedicures, facials and brow and lash tints. Everyone there is professional, friendly and outstanding at their job. I’d like to give a shout out to the two Loris for keeping my nails and skin healthy and beautiful. Thank you Lori Owens Muncie and Lori Rundle, you’re the best!

Had a wonderful experience. My granddaughter wanted a hair cut, I hated to do it since her hair was almost to her waist. The girls were fantastic! Upbeat, and very kind, made the experience for me easier, and she felt like the princess that she is. I highly recommend this place. Very clean, and classy.

I have been going here for a while and have always loved how my hair comes out. Everyone who works there is incredible and I have had Jayden do my hair for over a year. I highly recommend Tyler Mason!

Review for Tyler Mason Salon - Dermaplane Facial I had a disappointing experience at Tyler Mason Salon for a dermaplane facial. My appointment was with Lori, who was recommended to me for her years of experience. Unfortunately, it did not go well, and I left with scrapes and small cuts on my face. I have very oily skin, and she said she needed to “dry out” my skin before starting the dermaplane. In hindsight, that was a red flag, but I trusted her expertise. I’ve had a dermaplane facial at Tyler Mason before with Morgan back in 2023, who did a fantastic job without “drying out” my skin beforehand. My skin was clear and smooth after that session, unlike this time where I left with noticeable nicks and scrapes that turned into scabs. Lori also wrote down the products she used on my face in case I wanted to purchase them, which I appreciated. However, she used a vitamin C product and other products that caused a lot of stinging. To make matters worse, she didn’t apply any SPF at the end, which is a fundamental step, especially after using such active ingredients. As a skincare enthusiast, I know how essential SPF is, so I was really shocked by this oversight. I typically don’t leave reviews, but given the state of my skin post-appointment, I feel compelled to share. I do not recommend Lori for dermaplane facials at Tyler Mason.
