So I made an appointment to get my nails done and toes painted for my son’s military graduation. I should the girl the picture and she said yeah I can do that however she could not I did tell her to take the white off because it was terrible and I get I am very picky with my nails but not at all unreasonable. My ring finder is not straight and none of them are shaped the same. I did only schedule for my nails then as we were having a conversation asked if she could do a polish change on my toes she said oh yeah no problem. However it was very close to 9pm which is when they close and my toes were not dry when she touched them it clearly messed them up then she rips the toe things out and says have a good evening and make sure not to touch anything your toes aren’t dry. Terrible outcome.

Wonderful place to go to! Booked me the same day, took care of all my needs in 1 place. From my waxing, pedicure, and shampoo/trim/style, all done with efficient and friendly service. They didn't mind my wheelchair or my disability, which were very warm and welcoming. It's definitely a place that you must visit if you are looking for a relaxing, stress free atmosphere, with amazing staff. The lovely items they sell in their shop are a definite plus!! I will definitely recommend everyone I know here. It's got my thumbs up 👍

update 07/20: i spoke to the owner recently and she was very polite and apologized and even issued a refund! i changed my stars because of how nice this business is and how much i appreciate the owner personally reaching out to me to talk about the situation and even explain that they’d be working with my nail artist to help her in the areas she needs work on! i do think this is a lovely establishment and i will be coming back the next time i am in fairmont and need a manicure! i really don’t want to leave a negative review because my nail artist was so nice, but unfortunately i’m not happy with my nails :/ i initially went in with what i thought was a simple nail art design (i didn’t want the shape, just the design), but was told that she doesn’t do nail art. i was a bit disappointed, but i needed my nails done since my natural nails break easily. i opted to just get plain gel polish since she couldn’t do the nail art. she was very pleasant to talk to and she even was very respectful about my accommodation request to wear gloves. my nails looked fine in the salon, they were a bit basic for me (i usually get nail art done), but they were painted and it was what i asked for. however, upon getting home and seeing them in another light, i could see that the white nails were very lumpy and uneven, and the black isn’t quite fully opaque. the customer service i received was amazing but ultimately my nails didn’t turn out how i wanted them to and i’m a bit bummed about that :/ i won’t have time to get them re-done before the event i am going to, unfortunately. i can’t speak much about the salon in other regards but: amazing customer service, not so amazing results. *attached photos of the nails i wanted, and how my nails look in different lighting. note: my right ring finger was crooked before going to the salon lol*

My hairdresser is Lindsey and she is by far the best!! Ive struggled with bleached/damaged hair and she has made my hair look so healthy while keeping the blonde like I wanted. She listens to every issue or concern I have with my hair and does everything how I ask. Ive had bad past experience at places and Lindsey has all my trust with my hair. She is the sweetest and I always look forward to my hair appointments with Lindsey!!!

Love it! I normally do my own nails but decided to treat myself for valentines. I scheduled an appointment with Buffy and let me tell you did not disappoint. She was friendly and very thorough. It was nice to talk and if you notice a nail is to long or nitpicking she will fix it with no attitude like some places. Would recommend her 100%

Rachel did my nails, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! She was patient, very kind, and determined! We tried something new, where we weren't sure if it would work out, but look!!! 😍 They turned out amazing, my hands finally feel pretty, I feel so put together and the confidence boost is real.

I booked a massage, the deep sleep massage. It was supposed to be scalp massage, foot massage, and body massage. I arrived on time and I got checked in on time and in the massage room within 5 minutes after my appointment time. All is well with that. Unfortunately, when I got in the room the masseuse begin explaining that we will first get into a “body wrap” and I didn’t say much just assuming she would be doing the massage I scheduled. However the massage was spent more than half the time exfoliating and putting a serum on my skin then wrapped in the blanket and sat for “15 mins.” Now when I was waiting during that time in this wrap I felt anxious and had to “unwrap” at least my arms.. I wouldn’t have signed up for this in the first place knowing this would happen! I didn’t sign up for a wrap. Then the massage was maybe 30 minutes long total, when I signed up for a 75 min massage. The actual massage was mediocre, a lot of just rubbing on the oil and product and not so much massaging. It was alright. The masseuse was friendly and comforting. I wouldn’t reschedule here.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now for Gel-X sets and Taylor is amazing! She always does my nails and does a great job. She did a balayage for me recently and I am in love with the results of that as well!
