This was the first time I went to Tuscan Sun Spa and I will definitely be back. I went for brow sculpting and a tint. The aesthetician was hands down the best that I have ever been to. I highly recommend Hannah for all of your eye brow and skin care needs. The receptionists were so friendly as well and the gift shop is so cute!

I’ve been going here for years and have always had an amazing experience. However, I was scheduled for a massage today 2/25 at 2pm. This morning, I woke up with a fever and very sore throat and neck. I knew I wouldn’t be able to enjoy a massage, nor did I want to get anyone else sick. I called and asked if I could just move it to another day, not cancel it, just switch days, and Kat said, “no, unfortunately with our same day cancellation policy we will still charge you 50% of the service”. I said , “even if we’re just switching to another day? I’m not wanting to cancel”. She said yes. So I said, actually, I’ll just come in while I’m fevered and actively contagious and get the massage therapist and front desk staff sick then.
What an absolute ridiculous policy. Nobody plans on being sick. I’d understand cancelling, but if someone is asking to switch it to another day? Good lord, let them.

Everyone was so welcoming. The massage was amazing and the facial was too. I loved the positive aspirations from the lady doing my facial. While you wait they also offer water and snacks like trail mix and chex mix. For what I paid it was an amazing deal. Stress relief massage, refresh facial, hot tub time, hair treatment and provided lotions, shampoo and body wash! Can't go wrong with a spa day here!

Carly the aesthetician is the best conversationalist and really knows how to get to the ROOT of the topic. Very personable, very efficient, and makes you feel at ease. I always leave feeling like my best self.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon. I initially scheduled an appointment to get my hair done, took time off work, and arrived on time—only to be told that the stylist had left, and I wouldn’t be able to get my service. The front desk staff apologized and put a credit on my account, and I tried to be understanding because things happen.
However, when I rescheduled and was about to leave for my second appointment, I received a call informing me that they had to cancel again. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for clients’ time is completely unprofessional. I rearranged my schedule twice, only to have both appointments fall through.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this was handled. Clients deserve reliability and respect, especially when it comes to managing appointments. I expected much better from Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon.
Would not recommend unless they significantly improve their professionalism and customer service.

Will never go back. 15 minutes before I was supposed to walk in the door, they call to cancel my appt. If I had tried to do that- no matter the excuse- they would have charged my card for a cancellation fee. I was not offered any compensation or credit for my troubles. I was literally sitting in the parking lot when they called. This is the second time they have done this to me. Do not recommend!! Will never go back!!

I have the two services VIP membership, which is well worth it. I usually get massages monthly, and everyone has been great. George is new and does great. Hannah does great cupping. I see Kayla for hair, and I have seen all the providers for Botox. My biggest suggestion for someone new is to speak up if things are not going how you want. If you want more pressure or less, or if the length or color is not what you want, you need to say something. Regarding add-ons for massage, the hot stone is lovely, and CBD helps with pain.

I booked an appointment on 12/09 for the following day. I wanted a full color and hair cut. I arrived for my appointment today and was taken back quick. During my appointment I was told the stylist wouldn't have time to do a full color. I said ok. Highlights were ok. After being there for 3.5, I was then told she didn't have time to do the hair cut either. So, I left with only highlights. I believe this is the same stylist I had before who used the same excuse. She made me feel like an inconvenience. I would understand if I changed my mind and wanted these things done, but I was expecting to get the services I booked for. So disappointing.
