This is the 3rd year my family of 5/6 come to Tuscan for our “spa day” We absolutely love coming but over the last 3 years we have each had a horrible experience with one particular masseuse. Though we will definitely be back, the next year we have all decided to specifically ask to not be scheduled with her. After showing up an hour late, her massages are very “sporadic” with very sudden and random movements. It is also not relaxing listening to her breath so heavy through the whole massage. All other services and employees have been awesome! And we now know who we enjoy having every year!

I recently got a massage, facial, and pedicure. I don’t get to do things like this very often, so it was a quite a treat when my husband got me a gift certificate for Tuscan Sun Spa and I was really excited. Everything was good, but when I called and scheduled my appointment I asked for a Deep Tissue Massage. I am 4.5 months pregnant, so I made sure to mention that ahead of time to them and tell them I needed one of those massage beds with the cut out spot for my belly. Well, they took it upon themselves to change my massage to a Mother To Be massage instead of Deep Tissue. They didn’t tell me either. I didn’t find out until the end when I went to pay and they said it was Mother To Be. But it is disappointing that they changed what kind of massage id be getting without telling me just because I’m pregnant. I asked for deep tissue because I really wanted the deeper pressure. I got a relaxing mother to be massage, which was nice, but not what I asked for.

Received a wax by not my usual person. There was a strip of hair left down the middle. Got a pedicure that was a simple French tip that took an hour. I showed a picture example of the style French tip I wanted. Even after stating it wasn’t right the first time it still wasn’t right the second time. The massage was the strength of a child giving me one for 1 min each foot. The “hot towels” were luke warm. Friendly service, but crappy quality services.

When I walked into the show room I was impressed how everything was clean and bright. All the employees were wearing masks as well as all of the patrons. They took my temperature and took me back to the comfortable waiting area where we were sat 6 feet apart. I had a short wait while Jeanie cleaned and sterilized the pedicure area and seated me in the pedicure chair. Jeanie did my pedicure. She was professional, courteous and friendly. She has 10 years of experience, she knows what she is doing. Besides pedicures she also does manicures and massages. I hope to schedule a massage in the near future. Overall it was a great experience and I reccomend Jeanie and the Tuscan Sun Spa to everyone!

This is my hair salon because they are one of the only salons in the Morgantown, Fairmont, Clarksburg area that do hair extensions. Prices are steep for the area but since they have very little competition they can get by with it evidently & they do offer a wide range of services. After getting hair services here for almost 2 years, I finally have a regular stylist who is awesome. Thank you Kelly!

Today was the very first time I ever got a manicure. I had a 12:15 appointment with Michaela K. She was very nice and didn't make me feel awkward about never having my nails done before. She explained the process as she went along and made me feel very comfortable. Even had a product to help strengthen my nails. I was so nervous going it but everyone is so nice and the salon is very homey. Michaela did a fabulous job and i will definitely go back to her.
