This place is gorgeous. I love the earthy and relaxed vibe. I got a hydra facial with Laura and a massage with Dionne. Both were excellent. I like how Laura customized the facial to fit my specific needs, my face was glowing when I left. Dionne has magic hands, she looked at my posture when I walked in and already had her plan. She got so much tension out of my body I was in shock. Highly recommend this place.

This is my 2nd experience at Tulum. Spent 4-5 hours ... just focusing on wellness. My children made the plans for my birthday. All I had to do was show up. This is how you take care of yourself or allow others to assist you to take care of yourself. At Tulum.. it's a welcoming oasis of peacefulness and surrendering of your stresses. Refocus your energy on rejuvenation, restoring and refreshing your soul, mind & spirit. Started with a 90 minute massage. Jeff quickly located the problem areas and gave lots of attention to those stubborn muscles. Then I traveled in robe & slippers to the personal infrared sauna for 30 minutes. Refreshing my inner body with purified drinks of water. Much needed sweating session. Topping off the day with a facial by Jessica. The hot compressions, circulation patterns, and pore streaming....I couldn't stay awake... every 2 minutes... I was trying to imitate a sleeping bear. Very professional. Tulum is the Wellness Spa you need to realign and reset.

I visited Tulum a few weeks ago and my experience was nothing less than luxurious. I was warmly welcomed, checked in and offered a drink while filling out my forms. Then Jeff came out, introduced himself, and directed me to our massage room. In there he took the time to ask me about my concerns and preferences, and highlighted the fact that I could tell him at any point to change the pressure, move to a different area, etc. This is perfect for people like me who are afraid to speak up during services like this! He made it so easy for me. The massage was HEAVENLY! What a treat! I've had massages before, but at some points I suddenly forgot where I was for quick moments. This only tells me how much I truly enjoyed my experience. I cannot wait to come back and book another session with Jeff. Seriously, thank you so much!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this spa and wellness center! From the moment I walked in, Karena at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. She made check-in a breeze and took the time to ensure all my needs were met and all my questions were answered. I was then led to my session with Jeff, the massage therapist, and let me just say he was incredible. His expertise and attention to detail made for one of the best massages I've ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was peaceful and the service exceptional. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves! The sauna was perfect, and the entire atmosphere was so calming. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. This is my go-to place for so many of my wellness needs, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the top-notch care. I also absolutely love the skincare lines they carry—they’re my favorites! I have been fortunate enough to get massages all over the world, and this place still is one of my top massages ever! I’m not sure what exact technique they use but it truly does seem medicinal and anti inflammatory. Chloe was so great, she was really attentive and made sure the pressure wasn’t too much or too less for me. I highly recommend this place! :)

Absolutely loved everything about my experience here at Tulum Wellness Spa! I saw Alyssa for a Hydrafacial and she did an amazing job. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin looked so good. She was very thorough and made me feel so comfortable. I purchased a few of their products after my facial and am so excited to start using them and to continue my facial treatments here! This is such a unique place and it truly feels like a getaway! I would absolutely recommend Alyssa and Tulum for all of your skincare needs.

Can’t recommend this place. I had high hopes given the high reviews but was disappointed. The facial was great. The place is nicely decorated and the products smell good. The body wrap was done by a provider who must’ve had a bad day. There was nothing elegant about his movements, it was a bunch of rushed brushing and towels thrown across my body. The head massage was simply some light stroking after cranking my head in each direction - don’t waste you money on that. The body massage was perhaps relaxing, but I kept waiting for it to start - I had asked for deep pressure but it just remained some tentative pushing and rubbing massage oil around. The room was cold, there was no heating pad on the massage table. I was cold the entire time. There is no area to sit and relax after the treatments other than a small area by the storefront. Not the best place if you’re looking to relax for a while.
