This place is amazing. The new owners are absolutely incredible. They have really added some great things like a massage chair. Such a wonderful and relaxing thing to do. I highly recommend.

What an incredible experience! New owner (Jeff) greeted me at the door, gave me a tour and treated me like I’ve known him my entire life. I live an hour away and became a monthly member!

I would say never use this location but since apparently they up and closed with no notice to anyone, not even people with appointments. You found out by showing up for my appointment and the location has been closed for weeks (big sign in the lobby you could see from the locked door). No idea if it is temporary, forever, no information. The online system still books appointments for this location, but no good, they are closed. My biggest issue is I had a paused membership, and still had 3 available vouchers for floats. Those are gone now and can't use them since they are closed. Waste of money. No idea why they closed and didn't tell anyone, but they basically slipped away into the night with everyone's money and closed. I reached out to corporate from their website, but they have chosen to not respond either. Just a bunch of crooks to be honest. Not a good company with ANY customer service skills from the Keene branch to corporate. Which is sad. Previous to all this happening, I had used them for a few years and didn't have any complaints.

Under new ownership! Definitely check this place out again if you went in the past and were disappointed. The new owners are making a huge effort to make up for past weaknesses and doing a great job. Under the previous owner I was also a happy customer and enjoyed the benefits of floating for stress relief, sports recovery, and alleviating aches and pains. Highly recommended for physical and mental health.

True rest offers an environment that allows even the most stressed and anxiety filled individuals a place to just relax. I spent an hr in the float tank relaxing and letting the world just disappear into the darkness within the tank. I would recommend this lain to anyone who needs wants or feels like they deserve a moment to just float into relaxation... Give this a try, and you'll thank yourself for taking time to treat yourself to a moment of beneficial self care.

Long story short, I paid for and scheduled 2 floats(1 for me and 1 for a friend) the true rest in Keene employee called and cancelled our appts. Feb 2023. She said the floats needed to be sanitized. I have cancer and ended up with feeding tube the week after my floats were cancelled Feb.2023 until this past Nov.2023. I was then going to schedule but read a review that indicated that things were not as clean or sanitary as they should be, so after all I have been through I am afraid to float. The owner refuses to refund my $90. This is unacceptable. The business is the one that cancelled my appts. If they had not this would have never been an issue. I had no idea that this cancer ordeal would have made it impossible for months. All he will offer is for me to use the floats or “gift” them to someone.

I had my first experience here on Monday and let me tell you, I will definitely be back. I’m a hairstylist that stands all day and to be able to experience such a peaceful, relaxing session while feeling completely weightless is an amazing thing! Our host was amazing, she worked quickly and efficiently to make sure my room was ready for me! Great place and super friendly!!

Whether you’re looking for a spiritual experience or a space to simply “shut off” from the world I can easily recommend True REST Float Spa for an adventure that you MUST try! Not only is the atmosphere relaxing and professional - they also equip you with complimentary teas and towels to enjoy while you’re there! Need a hair dryer, no problem! They’ll take care of you! This makes it convenient for any time of day! It seems each experience is different than the last which creates a new experience each time we visit so there is always something to look forward to. As if that’s not enough, they have great sales and offer discounted services to our American Veterans which to me says that they believe in their ability to help people and that’s something I can definitely get behind! Highly recommend! Book a float for your “lift off!” 5, 4, 3, 2….
