A -MA- ZING! Chloe did a wonderful job and got right to my problem areas! She was so good I forgot what it feels like to be relieved from the pain and pressure I’ve been experiencing for years. Also the vibes there is so relaxing & staff is fun , welcoming & professional. Highly recommend 10/10

This was my first time visiting for a massage and facial. Both services were excellent and the spa is beautiful and calming. Chloe was my massage therapist and her technique and pressure was on point. Courtney did my facial and I enjoyed every minute, she’s so sweet and thorough. I felt so relaxed after my services and it was a perfect ending to my vacation before returning to work. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back.

I was surprised with a massage here for Valentine’s Day! Upon arrival, the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. I received a massage from Delmonica and it was amazing! Her entire routine and flow was great! Pressure was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted from my intake form alone and made the time feel relaxing and comfortable. The entire process from walking in the front door to walking out was an amazing experience. Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend! I will be back!

Chloe was my massage therapist and she truly has healing hands. Absolutely excellent massage!! The business was in a nice building and the office itself was clean and had a calm and relaxing environment. There was also a lounge and beverage area to enjoy before your treatment!

My husband surprised me with a couples massage. It was the most relaxing 75 minutes I can remember in the longest time. Everything at this business is warm and comforting, from the welcome to the checkout it was a seamless experience. One of the things that distinguishes this from other massage therapy establishments is the lack of a clinical, sterile vibe. The massage therapists, Chloe and Janelle, were amazing. As a spa veteran, I can say they don’t come any better than these two. I highly recommend you let them ‘wow’ you. The spa is in a renovated industrial warehouse in Federal Hill near the stadium so they are closed when the Ravens have home games during the day. Tranquil Traditions is a solid 10 in my book.

I was in desperate need of a facial. Got in the last spot today and it was definitely worth it. Courtney was a joy, provided stellar customer service and a wonderfully moisturizing facial. It came with a shoulder and arm massage that made me want to go to sleep right there. The building is clean and modern. TranquiI Traditions’ space is on the 2nd floor and curated so nicely, I could’ve stayed in the waiting area. I used the rear entrance and parked in the designated space which was quite convenient. Whole experience from booking to payment = 10/10! I’ll be back.

Over the past year I have been to Tranquil Traditions half a dozen times, for massages and facials. What a treat! The vibe is calming, comfortable, and relaxing. Janell is a superb massage therapist - attentive and thought about her clients’ comfort, desired pressure level, and draping. She transports me to a blissful state. Highly recommend.
