This was my first visit here and Tiffany was my therapist. I had spasms in my shoulders that she was able to help calm down. I'm new to the area and will be back. The storefront is very clean and professional. She had me fill out a form for any medical issues and asked about any target areas I wanted to focus on. This is how it should be. I felt like it was more personal than just a job or just being the next client.

My friend and I had appointments to enjoy the head spa here. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency, so we had to request to reschedule. I had to have surgery. They seemingly were understanding by not charging a cancellation, however, when I was rebooking they stated that they required a deposit. I understand business policies and protecting their time, however, I think grace with clientele is equally important in business. I have been an independent contractor who was paid by appointment and I would NEVER have expected a client who cancelled for a medical emergency to pay any fee or deposit. I hope these business owners learn to give grace based on situation.

They are good for my partner as they are the only place he prefers. I had called in on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for after Labor Day and had been told they were going to schedule me for September 12, 2023 and instead whomever it was lied to me and now it is going to cost me $22.50 plus tax as a cancelation fee. Doesn't matter that I am sick with the flu or Covid and lied about it being scheduled today then didn't text me they texted my partner. Thanks guys. Top service and communication skills you have.

I had a really excellent experience at Therapeutic Connection. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, and the intake process was quick and really helpful. Lisa gave a really great recommendation for a neck, shoulders, and back massage, and was really great at finding my tight spots and working them out. The price was great, too! Definitely looking forward to going back, and interested in learning about their other services like CBD oil! You should definitely check them out.

These are some of the best people. They always ask if they are hurting too much, or not massaging hard enough. Their prices are reasonable. I got 60 minutes for $60. They also have add- ons for men and women. I would recommend them to anyone

My husband and I are from Oregon and went in for a couples massage. We were greeted with friendly service right away. We both enjoyed our massage very much. One of the best I've had , and I've had massages I'm Thailand. Excellent place to go. Would defiantly go back. 💛💜💚❤💙
