Taylor Casey is an amazing colorist! She recently did an all-over color transformation, with elaborate foil process to give it depth and dimension — topping with the blue for a hair style that I absolutely love! She's also cut my long hair with a curtain bang in the past - which works with both my natural wave, and when straightened. In addition, Taylor is a kind and wonderful person to engage with. Highly recommend for her skills and creative coloring!

I went in excited about my hair and the woman who was doing my consult made me feel awful and disrespected. I have been wondering whether or not to make a review but I think I should. I wanted something non traditional and felt highly judged for this. With comments about “it’ll be expensive” and “you know this is going to cost a lot, right?” with rude tones and judgmental. I thought maybe it was in my head but what happened next made me feel like she was stating that I couldn’t afford it based on how I looked. I asked what shampoo I should start using once she did my hair because I’m paying good money on something I really wanted. So I wanted the best product. She looked at me weird and said “the cheapest one is blah blah blah” I can’t remember the product. I again asked for the best not the cheapest and she wouldn’t tell me. I’m hoping that no one else has had this happen and if so I’m sorry. I was extremely disappointed that she acted this way. I noticed right away I didn’t look like everyone else in the salon but was still hopeful. I went to my car and cried on my way back home. They won’t have me back there ever again. She costed the salon a good amount of money due to the amount of work it would’ve taken to get my hair to where I wanted. :( If I could give 0 stars than I would.

I had my hair done by another person at another place and i hated it. So i went to Theory because I had the best hair cut by a stylist that knew how to cut curly thick hair and went there to get it fixed. I met Taylor and she listened to what I wanted and put in extra steps to how I wanted my hair. She did an amazing job and I will be going back to her. She is a true artist with hair!!! Thank you Taylor!!!

I love the atmosphere and the stylists. Trevor is the guy who I trust with my hair, and I don't go anywhere else! He is fantastic! Truthfully, though, all of them are! I highly recommend Theory Hair Salon!

i have been coming here for years to see taylor casey and i truly could not recommend her enough. she’s so phenomenal with cut, color, and just all around such a lovely and pleasant person. came in today for a cut and color for my wedding which is two weeks from now and i couldn’t have left happier. she always does perfect yet somehow i’m always shocked how much i love it. i especially recommend her if u have curly hair, i woildnt trust anyone else with my curls.
