Courtney is an outstanding massage therapist! Before my massage, we spoke through my intake form to ensure that she fully understood my areas of concern. My massage was incredibly thorough, she used the firm pressure I had requested without causing me unnecessary discomfort, and it was very clear that Courtney has an exceptional understanding of anatomy that allows her to easily discover the source of one’s pain and relieve it! Overall the environment was extremely calming and Courtney herself has a very warm, relaxed energy that allows you to feel at ease. I will definitely be back for another massage - thank you Courtney!

Not only is she extremely skilled in her craft, but she also took the time to explain (in a way I understood) exactly what my appointment would look like and what the cups were doing. Courtney is fabulous! My first session with her was a 75 min deep tissue massage with cupping and Happy Feet add ons and I was VERY happy with it! I will be seeing Courtney on regular basis and highly recommend her!

A wonderful, restorative massage! I do manual labor and have a long commute, so I get really stiff, knotted and achy. Courtney took the time to listen to my work spiel, then went over her approach and what techniques she thought would help, making sure I was comfortable before starting. It was very relaxing, and immediately felt the effects afterwards when bending down to put on my shoes! I highly recommend the 1.5 hour massage!
