I love this place. I’ve been to many spas over my lifetime and I think this one outperformed all of the others. I wish I had known about it sooner! Nikkia did a wonderful job with my massage. She made me feel comfortable. The facility is very clean and luxurious. The waiting room is about as cozy & relaxing as it gets and they provide blankets. I looking forward to returning!

Sandra and Kara were wonderful. Polite, engaging and talented. Our pedicures were great! The only thing that I didn’t understand was the way the paraffin was done. I like dipping into it. Not a fan of the wax in a bag. Thank you both for the great experience for my sister and me.

I will say the prices are high. But with this being said -this is a wonderful place. Great atmosphere. Relaxing. Clean. Comfort. Great service and talent. Rhonda is the best of the best. Hands down. Excellent facials and massage. Nice areas, beds, etc. great job to all.

Came here to stay at Oglebay and booked a spa service. It was a lovely spa and the massage therapist was great. Taking away one star because the cost of the service was high compared to similar spa services I have had in large cities. But if you are staying at the resort and are looking for something relaxing to do, this is a good option.

My daughter and I went to the West Spa for a mother/daughter treatment. Sandra was amazingly patient with my young daughter and gave both of us the most beautiful manicures. Thank you. Sandra, for all you did to make it feel special.

I had the worst massage of my life there and it was expensive. I purchased the deep tissue and told her I only wanted my back done. She did my shoulders and basically rubbed lotion on my arms. I asked the therapist near the end if she was going to do my back. She spent 3 minutes on my back. I couldn’t believe it and wasn’t deep tissue. I even told them and they didn’t say anything about it. Only response was ‘would you like to buy another one’? No, No I don’t. I don’t recommend for their spa services.

Nikkia oozes professionalism. She made me feel comfortable, welcome, and has elite “bedside manner”. Each massage I’ve received was better than the one prior. As you tell her your issues; she addresses every single issue you named. She actually cares about your health and wellbeing after the fact. She is the best in the entire area. I trust her skills and knowledge over anyone else locally and beyond.

I have had everything from a wax, to a facial, and even for massages and in every appointment with Nikkia I have had the most respectable, comfortable and professional experience.
