There are not enough good things to say about The Water Spa and Mallorie! I received a gold spa treatment for my birthday from my Mom and it's by far one of the best gifts to receive. Mallorie has created an incredibly comfortable atmosphere that allows you to truly relax as you enjoy one of the best parts of everyone's trips to the hair salon. My hair can tend to get a little dehydrated in the winter and I left the water spa feeling like it had new life in it! The high quality products Mallorie chooses made my hair smell and look fantastic following the service. I wasn't even aware of all the tension my scalp was holding until it had a full relaxing session. If you've been on the fence about getting a water spa treatment, wait no longer! |

I visited The Water Spa by Malorie today and had an incredible experience! The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Mallorie was professional and attentive. The treatment itself was luxurious—my scalp felt refreshed, and my hair was left silky and soft. The head massage during the treatment was so relaxing, I could feel the stress melting away. If you’re looking to pamper yourself and give your hair some much-needed TLC, I highly recommend The Water Spa by Malorie. I’ll definitely be returning for regular treatments—my hair has never felt this amazing!

The Water Spa was an absolute AMAZING experience. Mallorie is friendly and welcoming. She has created a comfortable and calming environment...warmed linens, tons of candles and soothing sounds! This water spa was an awesome experience right from the start!! The ambiance is perfect, the temperature in the room is perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable. All the products smelled incredible and made my hair so so soft for days. I had a headache for days before I came here. After the treatment, I haven't had a headache since!! Well worth the money. And I almost fell asleep while my hair was being treated. Mallorie herself is a joy to be around and made me feel very welcome as well.

This is such a high quality spa service! Unlike other head spa services with multiple tables in one space, Mallorie offers a private suite with a vintage ranch vibe, that boasts a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful ambiance. The bed was comfortable, and heated, with high quality linens. The scalp stimulation and massage technique were on point. The steam hood was awesome. If you come with a makeup free face and your face products applied, you would get the added benefit of a facial steam, which is so beneficial for all skin types (This is just my own personal tip. You are fine if you are coming with makeup on). Mallorie is so sweet, and she knows her skill set well. My body and my mind were completely relaxed. I felt at total peace. I even drifted off to sleep a few times. My hair integrity was significantly softer, with noticeably more volume and shine. There was also a noticeable improvement in the skin integrity of my scalp. DEFINITELY worth the drive to Vernon! I will definitely book another appointment!

I regularly get massages, but this was a first for me. It was a very relaxing environment, and Malorie is excellent at what she does. The products she used smelled great. I would certainly return and recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience. My hair is super soft and smells wonderful!
