Today was my first ever time going to a head spa and this experience was everything I have ever dreamed of it being and more to say the least! Starting from the beginning of the service, Chasity the owner the was so kind and welcoming. She did the hair analysis and was so informative with suggestions for getting my hair healthier. The actual service was so relaxing. My scalp and face both feel so soft and hydrated. The environment alone was a 10/10! Everything was so clean, and the decor made it so cozy. After the service, I was not rushed at all to leave, I was welcomed to stay longer and get dolled up! Chasity had so many amazing makeup and hair brands for use included in the service, it was a dream! Thank you so much again for the service, I feel so beautiful and refreshed all together. I will definitely be back!❤️

This was my first time experiencing a service like this, and I can honestly say it was amazing! The room had a lovely atmosphere, with soothing music, a warm bed, and even a welcome screen with my name on it! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. At the end, Chasity has a charming “get ready” area stocked with everything you could need to dry and style your hair, along with a great selection of makeup, hair care products, and perfumes! Chasity herself was incredibly welcoming, warm, and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning! 10/10!

Wow! I was amazed by the level of service and the attention to detail. Chasity made sure to explain everything she did before my scalp treatment. I was SO relaxed and definitely fell asleep for a little bit. At 9 months pregnant this is just what I needed. You definitely get your value! One of my favorite things that was an added bonus was the get ready room with some VERY nice products that you could use. Definitely would be a great place to come before going on a date.

Hands down the absolute most relaxing experience I’ve ever had! Chasity was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. 100% worth every penny! Will definitely be going back.

Chasity is amazing!! I had a great experience from booking all the way through payment. She is very friendly, welcoming, and explains the process thoroughly. The space was very well presented and clean. I was very relaxed during and after my japanese hair treatment & mini facial session. My scalp and face felt so much better. I cannot wait to go back!

Yall… today I got to experience one of the most AMAZING treatments. I saw Chastity today at The Water Lab for a signature scalp treatment and it. was. EVERYTHING!! 75 min of complete relaxation, bliss, and not to mention the rejuvenation of my scalp and hair!!! Your scalp is massaged and stimulated through various methods of massage, treated with amazing products, and you get a mini facial and neck/shoulder massage. Everything from the sounds, wonderful scents, and just comforting and beautiful atmosphere made this the total package. Not to mention when you are finished, there is a COMPLETE get ready station equipped with hair dryers, straighteners, any hair care product/items you could need, makeup, a perfume bar, snacks and drinks!!! Chastity really has it all and outdid herself! GO! RUN! Thank me later!

I have never had a service like this before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but upon arriving I was greeted very kindly and began my appointment. I was very excited to see my before and after. This was a great start to a me day. It was so relaxing and peaceful! Once my service was complete I just assumed we would do my after scalp look and I would be on my way. I was absolutely taken back by the option to do your hair and makeup before leaving! This was a wonderful experience and I look forward to going back!

So amazing! My appointment was so relaxing. Can’t wait to go back. Chasity is amazing at what she does and provides an amazing service. I really liked that she gave me some tips on better hair washing technique. My scalp, head, face, and shoulders felt so refreshed after. And the getting ready area was so nice to use after.
