Rooms are cozy and spacious. The amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious. The shuttle staff were very helpful and friendly.
We went on a Yellowstone expedition with CONNOR and that trip with him made our entire week. He was very friendly knowledgeable and just a great human to be around for the entire day. He made us laugh, he taught us things and he made the trip feel safe and fun.
The whole crew at the spa suits were helpful and I can’t say a bad thing about the week we spent here. The gentleman in the morning was friendly and the lady that was there in the evenings was a blast of sunshine we needed any and every time we entered the building. No matter what she was doing when people walked in she even at the least smiled and waved to you.
Our rooms were straightened up and none of our things were touched or moved. The cleaning staff and cooking staff were top notch and need to be noticed for sure.
We considered this to be a trip of a lifetime and the staff here made our dreams come true. I thank each and every one of you guys and ladies.

It was an interesting experience. We didn’t stay at the resort. So this review is for the spa. We sat in the lobby for a bit and was greeted by the therapists who escort us to the big therapy room with a soaking tub. In my experience, the first stop would be the locker room so we can undressed, get into our robes and sandals. Then, we can proceed with the services. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here at this spa. For such a nice therapy room our clothes were all over the couch because we weren't escorted to the locker room (yes there is a locker room). Since my fiancé and I had to split up after our soak I had to leave the room (in the provided robe, which was very soft, and no slippers). The massage was fine, nothing to write home about. Once I was done I, once again, I barefooted through the spa back to the big therapy room to put on my clothes. For my fiancé, he said his therapist was all over the place. Ultimately, it was not worth the $600 tab as we had better experiences at other spas.

The spa at Rustic Inn is world class. I’ve been to many spas across the globe and this is hands down my favorite. Yian is welcoming and accommodating beyond expectations. Darren gave the best massage I’ve ever had and my facial was everything I needed in the dry Jackson climate. Def book in advance cause they’re hard to get into. Also a huge perk to use the hot tub and sauna and steam room included with your service. I would give 10 stars if I could

Do you want to feel and be treated like a VIP?
(And who doesn't?)
If that is the case then run, drive or fly as quickly as possible to the Rustic Inn and Spa in Jackson Hole Wyoming.
We have never felt so pampered and taken care of while on the road.
Many of the rooms are free standing cabins.
Some even come with full spa privileges.
The beds are firm with cradle-like pillow tops which fold around you, but offer great support.
The robes are a plush terry and feel great after a waterfall shower. The various lotions, creams and shampoo/conditioners are devine and you come away feeling refreshed which out being overly scented.
They change sheets and clean daily. Only establishment out if the last 15.
The lobby takes a minute to get used to. It consists of thrivindividual desks, with COVID shields, and offer prompt and courteous service.
A free-standing gym with fabulous equipment sits in the middle of the complex.
The dining area serves a breakfast that is like eating at a fine restaurant; which it is.
A large variety of meats, eggs, breads and fruit offr something for everyone in seemingly endless quantities. Bottomless vsts of coffee and juice complete the gustatory experience.
If there is a finer hotel in Jackson Hole, I have yet to find it.you truly get what you pay for every single minute while there.

This place has a nice set-up, and friendly staff.....however for the cost it was very displeasing. The steam room smelled like boiled water not a spa like scent and the stone seating was cold. The therapist was ok but for the price I was charged......I've had better. I'm so ready to leave this place at the Rustic Inn.......

Front desk wasn't very helpful and should know more than they do. Views were great, food delicious, and friendly guests.
