Had a wonderful time experience at Spa Scottsdale today. Probably the best facial Ive ever had. From the pumpkin and strawberry rhubarb scrubs to the dermaplaning treatment everything was wonderful, relaxing and refreshing. My esthetician took care with my sensitive dermatitis prone skin, explained the treatments that were being done, and gave me helpful advice that I’m going to definitely use on my skincare regimen. I’ll definitely be recommending to people and coming back myself!

My husband and I had a fantastic couples massage at The Spa Scottsdale. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, with clear communication and availability that fit our schedule. The therapists (Gaia) were attentive and professional, ensuring the pressure was just right for both of us. They checked in when needed but also allowed for a relaxing and peaceful experience, knowing exactly when to converse and when to let us unwind. They focused on the areas we discussed beforehand, and we left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The Spa Scottsdale truly offers a top-notch experience, and we will definitely be returning! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thoughtful and personalized massage.

I’ll be honest, after reading the most recent comments, I was very nervous coming here. Let me start by staying if you wanting a true spa experience, meaning the atmosphere/vibe, this isn’t it. BUT if you’re wanting a good service, relaxing time. This spa will not disappoint. It’s very strange how it is tucked away in an office building, and when you first walk in, I will agree with others, it feels very “thrown together”. But I had Karen for a 90 min massage and then Suzi for a 60 min facial. Both woman were amazing. The massage the best I’ve had in a very long time and the facial was perfect. Dark rooms, nice relaxing music, very attentive to what you requested. The only reason for giving 4 stars is being of the esthetic of the “spa”.

I have to say how impressed I am with the professionalism and kindness of the team at The Spa Scottsdale. James found an appointment error and without hesitation he called me, addressed it very promptly and professionally and went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had a great experience. Suzi & Raina were absolutely fantastic masseuses and we left refreshed and happy. I highly recommend them. (The actual office was a little tricky to find- building A is to the left).

This place was amazing. I visited from out of town and didn’t know anything about the place but thought I would take the chance. The spa manager James was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. My massage and facial were so amazing! I will definitely be back when I'm in town.

Had such a great experience here! My mom and I came in for a spa day. Fantastic atmosphere and smell, the champagne in the relaxation room was such a nice touch. Janie gave me such a great facial paying attention to my more sensitive skin type, and Suzi gave me an amazing massage. My mom was with Carol for her massage and facial and had her first dermaplane! She absolutely loves how her face feels and cannot speak highly enough about the service Carol provided.
